Further, the leaders of the ESM - Pavel Zarifullin and Valery Korovin spoke to the delegates of the congress, gathered from 80 regions of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. "The heart of our regions beats synchronously with the ECM control center, the regions are the source of our energy and the object of our hope," Zarifullin said. In turn, the Commissioner of the Federal Network Rate Valery Korovin separately focused on the structuring of the organization: "The structure of the ESM combines the network principle and the presence of an internal order that manages all processes. The task of the network is to maximize the coverage of organizations and communities that share our set of views. However, at the center of the network is the order of politically obsessed people, driven by the imperial idea and will to power," Korovin explained.
After the performance of the Eurasian leaders, the audience listened to the performance of the ensemble of traditional Slavic ethnic singing "Kray", and then moved on to the next part of the congress - the establishment of the Youth Anti-Orange Front, announced in September at a press conference in Interfax by Alexander Dugin, the leader of the All-Ukrainian party "Brotherhood" Dmitry Korchinsky, leaders YesM Korovin and Zarifullin. The Youth Anti-Orange Front, in addition to the ESM and the Brotherhood Party, also included the Mari Youth Union of U Viy, the Bashkir Youth Union, the Tatar Youth Union Azatlyk, the youth organization of the Turkish Workers' Party, the Georgian movement "Antikmara", many youth organizations of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, united by the idea of preventing the spread of orange coups initiated by the United States.
Leonid Savin, coordinator of the ESM of Ukraine, addressed the members of the new union, who threatened the newly resurgent orange regime of Ukraine that "if the orange puppet rule in Ukraine is restored, we will start resistance to the orange government, creating a Eurasian insurgent army in Ukraine, as well as the Eurasian movement". In addition to ethnic organizations, the Youth Anti-Organization Front included regional organizations of the NBP, which deprived the writer Limonov of the powers of the chairman of the party at the recent congress. The leaders of the Magnitogorsk and Samara organizations, Alexei Golubovich and Maxim Zhurkin, who condemned Limonov's current orange course and called on all current members of the NBP to "return to their original roots - to the national Bolshevism of Ustryalov and Nikish and join the imperial construction" on behalf of the NBP. Following the results of the congress, the Resolution of the Second Congress of the ECM was adopted:
1. The year of the existence of the ESM - since the first founding congress in the palace of Ivan the Terrible - demonstrated absolute loyalty to the Eurasian imperial course. Today, the authorities speak our language, the elites think in geopolitical categories, Eurasian integration has become a reality, and patriotism and power are the norm for the masses.
The second ESM congress is the congress of winners. Eurasian oprichniks defeated the emerging orange liberal opposition, made allies in the camp of former opponents, survived competitors and became a subject of the media space. For a whole year we went from victory to victory, and today every ESM activist experiences a real imperial joy. This is the Eurasian joy of life that will kill the enemies of the empire. All we need today for full domination is passion and imperial maniacal. All that our imperial therapy will continue to be directed against is individualism and resantiman. Today our formula is empire + friendship of peoples. We won!
2. The concept of nationalism today is so dragged by marginals that it has long lost its original meaning. Through the efforts of the shpana and older idiots, nationalism is firmly associated exclusively with chauvinism, xenophobia and racial hatred, which are the antipodes of the Eurasian empire of peoples with their identity and geopolitical continental unity. Petty nationalism of hatred is an insult to the empire, and its victims are often descendants of the Aryan peoples - Tajiks, Armenians, Hindus. Nationalism of hatred has become an extremely negative phenomenon today, which is used by the "orange" forces - our direct enemies - to destabilize the situation in Russia by inciting mutual hatred between the peoples of our multinational country. In these circumstances, the ESM is forced to temporarily abandon the use of the concept of "nationalism" in order not to put itself in an ambiguous position. Our formula is the Eurasian Empire of Nations. Empire - Yes!
3. Russia and Ukraine are a space inhabited by Slavic peoples with a common culture and history. Without Russia, Ukraine becomes a suburb, a backyard of Europe, without Ukraine, Russia ceases to be Eurasia, turning into Asia. Russia and Ukraine are inseparable from each other and are a single geopolitical space. In this regard, the ESM does not recognize the existence of any borders between Ukraine and Russia. And in conditions when Ukraine is captured by the "orange" pro-Western puppet government, the ESM sees no other ways to clear the occupied territory of invaders, except by creating an insurgent movement - the Eurasian front in Ukraine. Today, ESM cells - nodes of the future insurgent army are located in all cities and settlements of Ukraine. As soon as the "orange" unite again, we will open partisan resistance, creating the Eurasian Movement and the Eurasian Insurgent Army. Eurasian expansion to the west is not possible without the Ukrainian bridgehead. Our formula is Great Ukraine as part of the Eurasian Empire!
4. Today, parts of the once united country, now the CIS countries, one by one become victims of color revolutions - the crawling expansion of the United States to the Eurasian continent. The result of this is more and more American bases surrounding Russia - the heart of Eurasia. The anaconda ring is shrinking. The goals of the United States are obvious - a unipolar dictatorship. There is a network war against Eurasia, the weapon of which is made by Western foundations and non-governmental organizations. One by one, the rulers of Eurasia realize this, repelling the American occupation in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus. In these conditions, the ESM calls on the youth of the CIS countries to respond to their network with their network, creating a Youth Anti-Orange Front throughout the space. We will beat the enemy with his own weapons, putting advanced technologies of the West at the service of Eurasia. Under these conditions, the task of the ESM to become an international organization. Our formula is the Eurasian network against the American occupation!
5. Once upon a time, the national Bolshevism of Ustryalov and Nikish, which is an integral part of the Eurasian ideology of the conservative-revolutionary movement of Russia and Europe, formed the basis for the creation of an avant-garde organization - the NBP - combining intellectualism and assault detachments. A bright and paradoxical ideology motivated young people to perform feats for the sake of the Great Idea - the Great Empire. The rejection of ideology beheaded the NBP, turning it into a group of hooligan youth making sorties in the political field. Passionate youth has become a breeding ground for the enjoyment of the elderly writer's personal ambitions. National Bolshevism is discredited and reduced to the concept of "national ball". The crown of the decline of the NBP was the inclusion in the "orange" project - Russophobic and anti-imperial by definition, an alliance with liberals, complete oblivion of the original ideological foundations. The ECM Congress brought together representatives of 16 regional branches of the NBP who rejected the "orange" course of the party. The ESM appeals to the imperial forces in the NBP with a call - to return to the roots, to the ideological origins of National Bolshevism, and together to join the fight against the "orange", working to weaken and de-sovereignize Russia. Our common formula - Russia - everything, the rest - nothing!
6. The most vulnerable point from which the "orange" structures are most likely to start the collapse of Russia is the Caucasus. And we have a battle for the Caucasus. The Caucasus is mined by American networks, mined by Western funds. It is necessary to bring a match, and the Caucasus will blaze, detonating all over Russia. Only Eurasianism offers a balanced and consistent way to relieve Caucasian tension - the revival of traditions, culture and self-identity of all many Caucasian peoples within a single strategic space. The ESM highlights the Caucasus as a priority area of its activities. Our formula is Tradition and unity - stability of the Caucasus.
