- I am a deputy who always speaks the truth, I am not shy in front of anyone, I do not depend on anyone, I live for the people, voters. If I asked some minister for something for the region, all my efforts were not in vain. But Azerbaijan is the only republic in the world where the president fulfills a deputy's request. I have been in 14 countries of the world, I am familiar with deputies, senators, lords, and I have not seen anything like this in other countries. I turned to the president 3-4 times, he ensured the implementation of my work in Guba.

For example, in Krasnaya Sloboda in the Guba region there is an arched bridge connecting the villages. This is a historical monument. In Soviet times, archival documents were burned so that no one would know that the bridge was on whose balance sheet. When the president was in Guba, he saw the bridge and asked about it. I said: Mr. President, this is a bridge of historical friendship, it has been uniting Azerbaijanis with Jews for more than 150 years, but it is in a very bad condition. The President asked why. I replied that the renovation was very expensive. On the spot, the President ordered the reconstruction of the bridge. Now people walk along this bridge like in a park.

I would also like to note the issue in connection with the mass grave found in Guba. We said, Mr. President, there are genocide museums in Israel, people visit them. Mehriban Aliyeva ordered the construction of a genocide museum in Guba.

I went to the minister as well, the request was fulfilled. I am not saying that this happened within 3 days, a month. He listened to me to the end, a month later the commission came, was convinced of my words, after which the work was done.

The road to Khinalig was not built for 72 years. This happened 72 years later, and now a second road is being laid. 18 million manat was allocated for the construction of the first road, and 13 million manat for the second. Why is the president doing this? To make it easy for people to move around, and tourists began to visit these regions. By the way, the construction of a railway has begun in Gusar. Today, to revive tourism in Shahdag, it is necessary to build such a railway.

I raised the issue of building an international airport in Guba before the Cabinet of Ministers. The Cabinet of Ministers replied that the issue of building an international airport in Guba is not excluded from the plan, but there is a problem with capital investments. If some businessmen support my proposal, let them buy shares in the airport under construction, they will be shareholders. This airport will also benefit. Well-known international economists believe that if an airport is built in Guba, it will become the most profitable airport after Baku, Ganja and Nakhchivan. People will be able to fly from Guba airport abroad, to other cities of Azerbaijan, as well as to Makhachkala. Tourism in Shahdag will be even more developed, Guba itself will turn into a tourist center, and many jobs will be created. Therefore, if an airport is built in Guba, it will work without damage.

- In the early 90s, many representatives of the Jewish community left for Israel and other countries. What is the situation today? Is there an outflow abroad?

- Nobody leaves Azerbaijan today. Unfortunately, the events of the 90s were complex and confusing. Nobody could tell someone: don't leave, I will stand up for you. Yes, many talented people left Azerbaijan at that time, Guzman, Bauman, Kogany…. There were families - dynasties of cardiologists who lived in Azerbaijan for 200 years. Famous Jewish physicists, the country's chief psychiatrist, also left. Among them there are those who now work at universities in the United States and Israel. Today these people play a big role in Israel's science. After Heydar Aliyev came to power, the outflow stopped. But interest in the capital of Russia has grown in connection with the opportunity to do business. Therefore, the process of the outflow among the Jews stopped. Today the Jewish settlements in Azerbaijan are the most modern.

- Azerbaijani-Israeli relations are at a very high level. Today Israel and Azerbaijan have fraternal and partner relations. There is no area where Israel does not provide moral and material support. Today Israel cooperates with Azerbaijan in the fields of agriculture, science, medicine, military industry and others. In international organizations and events, Israel always supports fair decisions and proposals of Azerbaijan. There was no such international event for Israel to vote against Azerbaijan. Since 1991, Israel has a wonderful embassy in Azerbaijan, a Cultural Center, Israeli polyclinics operate here, doctors work. All greenhouse facilities in Azerbaijan are under the guidance of Israeli specialists. The technology of long-term storage of products came to Azerbaijan from Israel,
