“Great Eurasian Khazar Khaganate”, where Israel, Russia, and China share border, to lead the world; Turks to manage Arab world: Rabbi Avrom Shmulevich

An interview with Avraham Shmulevich, Chairman of the International Hyper-Zionist Movement "Be'ad Artzeinu" ("For the Motherland!"), rabbi and political scientist, and Alexander Rybalka, Secretary of "Be'ad Artzeinu." Answering the questions is Alexander Rybalka, Secretary of the International Hyper-Zionist Movement "Be'ad Artzeinu" ("For the Motherland!").
Tell us about the origins of your movement. In a sense, our movement has existed for over five thousand years—the same length of time as the Jewish people. "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" is, of course, a forgery, and a poorly crafted one at that; its inauthenticity is clear at first glance to anyone familiar with the subject. However, the Jewish people have a strategy. What are these real "Protocols," where the matrix of Jewish and world history is recorded? Do they exist? Of course they do! The Tanakh, or, as these protocols are commonly called in Europe and Russia, the Bible. Read the Book of Genesis, the prophets Ezekiel, Zechariah, Jeremiah, Isaiah—you'll understand everything. Horrible stories about secret conspiracies are almost always nonsense. As someone who has been involved in real conspiracies in my life, I firmly believe that a conspiracy lasting several hundred years is impossible; it will inevitably degenerate. In "normal" periods of history, life goes on as usual, and deeply rooted cultural schemes are implemented . But in times of crisis, when previous guidelines are lost—or someone contributes to their being forgotten—then "correctors" enter the stage of world history. Lately, the situation—not just among Jews—has been going wrong. Serious imbalances have emerged in global development, and what's called "globalization" has taken on unhealthy forms. Some less-than-intelligent observers often believe that Judaism is behind these processes, but this is an extremely incorrect view; it's part of the "smokescreen" being erected by the true "masters of discourse." For Jews, such trends are particularly alarming, since the Jewish people are appointed by the Almighty to the role of "guardian of the world"—this is precisely the meaning of G-d's command to the Jews: "You shall be to me a chosen people, a holy nation."
These processes, the direction of the modern world, are causing concern not only among traditional Jews but also among many spiritual forces, forces of Tradition. I am a member of several global occult organizations and represent the interests of some of them in Israel. While I was at the headquarters of one of them, I was asked to establish contact with Rabbi Avraham Shmulevich upon my arrival in Israel. However, I no longer needed this instruction. The fact is, I have been studying Kabbalah for many years, under the guidance of leading Israeli Kabbalists, and, moreover, I have
permission to popularize it in Russian. I maintain a section dedicated to Jewish mysticism on the website of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Russia (FEROR, where Berel Lazar is Chief Rabbi), have translated one of the three main books of Kabbalah, Sefer Yetzirah (Book of Creation), into Russian, and am the author of the Encyclopedia of Jewish Demonology. So, before I set out on that foreign tour, several of my teachers, leading Israeli Kabbalists, introduced me to Rabbi Shmulevich about my assistance in the work of the Movement he leads. The names of these people are unknown not only to the general public but also to most of those who encounter them every day, yet their detailed instructions are carried out without question.
By that time, Be'ad Artzeinu already existed and was beginning to gain ground on the public stage. As far as I know, the Movement had been founded several years earlier, but in its early years it existed as a closed society, recruiting and selecting people, honing its public ideology. I had, of course, heard of Avraham Shmulevich before; we had even crossed paths in Kabbalistic yeshivas.
He is a very well-known figure, a religious and public figure, a historian, political scientist, and philosopher. But now the time had come to act under his leadership. I can say that I am the Rav's right hand; we speak on the phone several times a day and see each other weekly. - Tell us about the structure of the organization. Its official name is the International Hyper-Zionist Movement "Be'ad Artzeinu" ("For the Homeland!"). The well-known definition: “The Order of the Sword Bearers" - suits us perfectly. The structure of the Movement can be compared to a Damascus blade - extremely rigid. But at the same time, it is extremely flexible. The Movement is led by Rabbi Avraham Shmulevich. He cannot be removed by vote, and his decisions are carried out without question. Members of the Movement also undergo spiritual training. Much of our organization can be understood by studying the experience of Sufi orders, primarily the great Imam Shamil, who belonged to the Naqshbandiyya tariqa (order), all of whose warriors were also Sufi murids; the Janissary Corps, which was a branch of the Bektashiyya Sufi tariqa; the spiritual and knightly orders of the European Middle Ages; and the Jesuit Order. It's not that we borrow anything from them—it's just that, as I've already said, we draw on an existing Spiritual Tradition, ancient and eternally young, with roots dating back to the times of Moses and Joshua bin Nun, to the heroes of King Solomon. This tradition manifests itself at various stages of history, sometimes without the knowledge of those directly practicing it.We have our own Emblem, Coat of Arms, and Banner (reminiscent not of the rag banners of modern profane states, but of the banner of Genghis Khan. Our banner is double-sided, with different images on the left and right sides). Members of the movement have a Uniform—black trousers, a burgundy shirt, and
a dark burgundy tie, the color of hellfire or dried blood. This Form (excluding the tie) is the Garibaldi uniform, but it also contains profound Kabbalistic symbolism.
In addition to people connected with the spiritual tradition, scientists, businessmen, financiers, active politicians, musicians, artists, and journalists, we also have many young people, mostly demobilized soldiers and officers. Almost all of them are combat veterans, some were wounded during military operations, after all, the Israeli Army is active. Our people are by no means only Jews, and geographically we are not limited to the borders of Israel. We also maintain constant working contacts with many structures outside Israel, political and otherwise. And now questions for Avraham Shmulevich, Chairman of the "Movement"
- What are your goals?
The world is entering a new era - the era of Knowledge. That which in the Islamic tradition is designated as "ilm." "Ilm" is the second most frequent word in the Quran, after The word "Allah." And our goal is to ensure this transition.
- Can you be more specific? What does the ideology of Hypersionism propose, for example, regarding the political organization of society?
We know that the coming century will be the century of the revival of the monarchical idea, a "people's monarchy," but on a new level. The main problem with the modern political system is that it promotes people based on the principle of mediocrity. And no dramatic changes, no turning the ship of state onto a new course, are possible. When navigating a swamp, this is quite tolerable. But at times like now, when humanity is faced with new challenges, and our vessel is rapidly heading for the reefs, it is fraught with destruction. Moreover, in the modern world, with the development of electronic media and the sciences of human behavior, money has acquired enormous power. It has become possible to manipulate the masses, like nesting dolls, and direct the behavior of entire nations. The level of effectiveness in this matter is a question of capital investment. Those who have concentrated money in their hands—the international bureaucracy, and especially the mega-business that merges with it—have the ability to impose their will on others. The era of Total Alienation is dawning.
By appealing to the idea of monarchy, an idea embedded in the genetic memory of all humanity, it is easiest to break the rigid shackles of the "society of the spectacle," the exhausted bourgeois-industrial pseudo-liberal system. And it is Israel, the mystical center of the world, the point where Adam, the first man, was created, that is the only place from which the impulse to legitimize a new social order in the eyes of all humanity can and must emerge . The model form of monarchical government is the system prescribed by the Tanakh (the Bible). Under this system, the Tsar wields enormous power, but within strictly defined limits, limited by the commandments of the Torah, the Supreme Law, and practically a constitution. Thus, the Tsar, except in times of war, cannot encroach on the private property of citizens. The judiciary is separate from the tsar's power; the tsar cannot interfere with the courts or the appointment of judges. The tsar himself is also guided by the supreme law and is therefore subject to justice. A separate, autonomous center of influence, first and foremost.
The spiritual and economic center is the Temple. Legislative and executive power is exercised by the King jointly with the Sanhedrin —the Council of Sages—and the Supreme Court. When appointing to the Sanhedrin, public opinion is taken into account, but not everyone can become a member—only those with outstanding knowledge of Divine Law and worldly affairs, and impeccable personal qualities. The selection system is carefully defined to exclude (as far as humanly possible) abuses and ensure "feedback" from the people. Thus, the King rules jointly with the aristocracy, not a hereditary landowner or financial-oligarchic one, but a spiritual one. The ideal king is Moses the Prophet and King David. This important principle—the "principle of two centers"—can be implemented today, in any society, even before the introduction of a monarchy.
At the level of local government, in economic and cultural life, central government intervention should be minimal. Our goal is to liberate every person to the fullest extent, to give them the opportunity to manifest the image of God within themselves . But the twentieth century clearly demonstrated that without a solid foundation and without restrictive frameworks, freedom quickly leads to Sodom. We are already, with one foot, there. A "people's monarchy" provides sufficient political will and concentration of power to ensure the transition to a new, post-industrial era. But other nations should under no circumstances automatically copy the Jewish system; each nation is unique, has its own characteristics, and should organize its public life accordingly, "sitting under its own fig tree," as the Bible says. But a question arises: in recent centuries, the monarchical form of government has been greatly discredited. In the mortal world, there are no ideal and eternal social institutions; at some point, even the best system begins to falter. The French, Russian, and other revolutions did not arise out of nowhere. So how can royal houses, new or old, regain their right to the throne in the eyes of the people? The source of legitimacy for ascending to the throne could be proximity to the "Root of David" - after all, it was David, as the majority of humanity now recognizes, who was chosen by the Almighty as his anointed one. Many of the ruling dynasties of recent centuries are "self-proclaimed"; they either seized the throne by force or were elevated to it illegally. But most of the world's ancient dynasties are traced back to the "Root of David" or to Jewish roots—these include the Merovingians, the Stuarts, the Bagratids, the Ethiopian Dynasty, and the Afghan Royal House. The Imperial House of Japan, the oldest of the currently ruling dynasties, the "elder," is also, according to Japanese tradition, connected to the tribes of Israel. And even the Rurikids—after all, Vladimir Krasnoe Solnyshko may have been of Jewish descent. The Book of Genesis (Chapter 17, Verse 6) quotes the words of the Almighty to Abraham: "And kings shall come from you." And the words of the Living God always come true.
The problem is that some old royal dynasties have either degenerated or simply lost their legitimacy. This slows our work and creates unnecessary difficulties. The most likely scenario now seems to us to be a "system of empires." At its center is Imperial Israel, controlling the space within the boundaries
defined by God (the promised borders), from the Nile to the Euphrates (which are also the natural geographical and geopolitical boundaries of the region), and exerting decisive influence on the surrounding territories. It is from Israel, as has already been said, that the impulse for the legitimacy of the new order emanates. Today, too often in the countries of the Diaspora, Jews are cut off from their roots, playing into the hands of the forces of alienation. Only in their own land is the spiritual rebirth of the Jewish people possible. The State of Israel must occupy a place on the physical and spiritual map of the world proportionate to the role the Jewish people played in human history. It is only necessary to unite the economic and intellectual might of the Jewish people—and Israel will become a global center for the development of new technologies and humanitarian models. Indeed, humanity already lives off the spiritual capital accumulated by our prophets in biblical times. And this level is returning to us again. As for Russia, we are aware of the opinion of many Russian monarchists that the Romanov dynasty in Russia apparently lost its legitimacy due to unequal marriages. However, this is a new dynasty altogether.and with the accession of Peter III to the throne, the Holstein-Gottorp Oldenburg Kingdom came to power in Russia. The dynasty that adopted the Romanov name and became the Russian Imperial House. Therefore, the right to head the Russian Dynasty has now passed to the next line of the Holstein-Gottorp-Oldenburg Dynasty— the Grand Ducal House of Oldenburg. In 1997, Archduke Georg of Austria (son of the aged Head of the House of Habsburg, Otto von Habsburg) married Duchess Eilika of Oldenburg, thus uniting the two crowns. This issue is a purely internal Russian matter, and our Movement expresses no opinion on it. However, there is an interesting perspective here: the Habsburgs also hold the title of King of Galicia and Duke of Bukovina, meaning virtually all of Western Ukraine. And as the head of the Russian Imperial House (if and when these rights are realized), they also have rights to Eastern Ukraine. This opens the possibility of uniting the two parts of Ukraine, each of which has been striving in a different direction from the other. Moreover, under this scepter, it is possible for both Ukraine and Russia to reintegrate into a single space, uniting all of Eastern and Central Europe into a single entity. However, who specifically will lead these global geopolitical projects depends on the extent to which the old European families—the Habsburgs first and foremost, as well as the Bourbons, Stuarts, and House of Windsor—have not lost their dynamism
and political perspective, and have retained their connection to the roots of life. While our contacts in this direction are not very encouraging, there are prospects. Moreover, this Western project must in any case be aligned with the counter-project in the East. The winds of the West and the winds of the East have always met precisely in the vastness of Eurasia.A WIND FROM THE EAST:
A revival of the Genghis Khan Empire is highly likely and desirable. The empire of the House of Genghis Khan consisted of autonomously governed units and included virtually the entire territory of the USSR, as well as India, China, and Iran. In other words, all of Eurasia. Re-entering a unified political and legal space is beneficial for everyone. The standoff between India and China is being resolved. China's growing economic and human power is not being directed toward confrontation with the rest of the world, but is being harmonized and creating a positive resonance.
For Russia, this is practically the only way to avoid becoming a province dependent on the United States or Western Europe, the consequences of a decline
in industrial and technological potential, and catastrophic negative population growth, compounded by the vastness of Russia's territory. Otherwise, Russia would simply be overwhelmed by a flood of Chinese and southern migration. The combined scientific and industrial potential of Russia, China, and India, and the resources of the Turkic world, will once again elevate Chinggisid Eurasia to an unprecedented level. A shared border with the Israeli Empire makes it possible to build a "Great Eurasian Khazar Khaganate"—an entity that will confidently assume a leading position on a global scale.
As for the Arabs, both within and outside the borders of the Promised Land of Israel, it is, in principle, possible to talk about recreating a true Caliphate. However, how this project is realized depends on the behavior of the Arab masses and regimes. Currently, the most likely and desirable
scenario seems to us to be one in which the central position in the Islamic world, including control of Mecca, will pass from the Arabs to the Turks, as has been the case for the past centuries. The place of the Shiites and Ismailis will also be determined during the implementation of this scenario.- How realistic are all these projects?
It is completely unrealistic to expect the world to remain unchanged. A realist is someone who understands that in thirty years, our world will be unrecognizably different. The foundations of the future are being laid now, and it is still within our power to influence what tomorrow, emerging today, will become. All that is needed is sufficient audacity, vision, and will. We have it. Anyone who is late for this work will reap the remains of the fruits of their labor, harvested from someone else's table.
- Mr. Shmulevich! Hyper-Zionism is a kind of cult movement. Don't you feel like a leader-liberator, even, dare I say it, a king?
To paraphrase Churchill, I would say that there are many politicians, but not everyone can become a Leader... When times of battle come, the main thing for men of duty is to engage in battle. And then God will sort out His own.
