Fringiest conspiracy theory:
What if the Russo-Ukrainian war is not about Russian geopolitics, nor about expanding the Russian state into Europe, but about elevating and establishing Zelinski the Ukrainian president as leader of the United Slavs: ie The old Warsaw Pact countries United under a new banner?
Russia is in serious economic trouble, Putin is isolated from the west, and a new Cold War with Russia has already started. Maybe just maybe to advance the Eurasian plan along the perestroika deception lines a new leader has been chosen? One who can unite the former Warsaw Pact countries into a geopolitical state. Someone who is viewed as a courageous leader of his people, and who can dupe the westerners into believing he is one of them. The Eastern European countries are ruled by corrupt old men, their people don’t like their governments, even Russia could have a leadership change if the oligarchs wanted it. All the right man would need is the right set of events to catapult them into the pre-chosen position.
It’s a crackpot theory for sure, but if it happens you heard it here first.
