Rabbi Berel Lazar says (in Russian) that Russia is ready to meet the Rebbe SHLIT King Moshiach. Speech on 10 Shevat 1993 during a worldwide live broadcast on radio and television as the Hasidim proclaimed “Yehi” in the presence of the Rebbe.
