"We recognize that Russia as a sovereign civilization is a separate historical phenomenon, which has its own path, its own goals. There is no normativeness and obligation of Western values... Including democracy, market, liberalism, human rights, Greta Thunberg, Soros, open society - all this can be easily questioned. It doesn't mean it's rejected, it just becomes optional.
