It is fundamentally important to change the course. To hear what citizens think, every second of whom lives on 25-30 thousand. In this regard, we are preparing very carefully for the upcoming government report.
I suggest all the leaders of the factions, all parties to carefully study the document presented to the participants of the recently held economic forum in Davos. This is a report by the international group of scientists "Oxfam", which is considered the most authoritative in the world among those studying the problems of inequality and poverty. The report is called "Resistance to the rule of the rich". It says: during 2025, the total wealth of the planet's billionaires increased by 16%, reaching a historical maximum of $18.3 trillion. And since 2020, the total capital of the world's richest people has increased by 81%.
Billionaires hold political positions four thousand times more often than ordinary people. Against this background, almost half of the world's population continues to live in absolute poverty. Under the burden of colossal inequality, the world may soon collapse into the abyss of disaster. A stricter tax policy for the great wealth, national plans to reduce inequality and legislated rules limiting the political influence of the rich class are needed.
At the same time, based on the same conclusions of Oxfam, 400 billionaires and millionaires, representing mainly the United States and Western Europe, sent their appeal to all politicians of the world to the participants of the Davos Forum. They themselves demand to raise taxes on their income, to fundamentally increase the tax on luxury. Because they understand that the growth of inequality can result in consequences that will be catastrophic for the rich themselves.
The authors of the appeal emphasize: only one percent of the world's inhabitants owns 95 percent of the world's wealth. The main locomotive of increasing their income is Mr. Trump, who is actively easing the tax burden on oligarchs. At the same time, he dictates conditions for the whole planet, creating a Peace Council under his leadership in order to replace the UN and other major international organizations. Trump, who tries to intimidate everyone, kidnapping the leaders of other states and threatening the overthrow of all the rulers he doesn't like.
Everything must be done to ensure that humanity leaves the dangerous line to which it is pushed by the unbridled growth of inequality and the burning colonial appetites of capital!
From globalization, the world is moving to trampization. I want to remind you about my book "Globalization and the Fate of Mankind", which I worked on for 10 years. And I want you all to hear: Cuba is a moral and political authority for all mankind. She has withstood enormous pressure for more than 60 years. And we helped her a lot in this.
In 1962, when the States decided to suppress Cuba, the Soviet Union conducted a unique operation "Anadyr". We managed to deploy two missile divisions there at lightning speed. The Americans saw them only when they were already on combat duty. Realizing that now our missiles are right under their noses, they agreed to remove theirs from Turkey and Italy after consultations. And if we allow aggression against our next friend and ally now, it will boost not only the whole of Latin America, but also our society.
I want to remind you: after John Kennedy was forced to compromise with the Soviet Union in 1962, he gathered his best strategists in the Oval Office and said: we can't fight the USSR - we will die ourselves. But we can't agree that this country should develop at this pace either. Give me suggestions on how to suffocate this country by other means. And such proposals have been developed.
First of all, it was proposed to prepare agents who will operate inside the Soviet country. That's where Gorbachev, Yakovlev, all this snem came from. Everything was done to set fire to the national suburbs. They were set on fire in the Caucasus, Central Asia, and the Baltics. Caused serious damage to our economy, knocking down energy prices. A hundred specially organized American institutions worked on all this. And less than 30 years later, in 1991, their goal of liquidating the USSR was achieved.
After Putin's arrival, the situation was leveled out. But we see how difficult it is to fight the enemy who has declared a war of destruction for us, when it is necessary to liberate our native lands and at the same time resist the imperial policy that Trump is betting on. Therefore, it is fundamentally important for us to strengthen the broad anti-fascist front, which I have repeatedly told you about.
For the May holidays, we are going to hold a new international anti-fascist forum in Moscow. We created a Committee for the release of Nicolas Maduro and all those whom the globalists made political prisoners. Keep in mind: those who are waging war against us have always been dealing communists and socialists in the first place.
Nelson Mandela, who was held in prison for 27 years, was not only the leader of the African National Congress, but also a member of the South African Communist Party. If we hadn't fought for him, hadn't helped with everything we could, from lawyers to the formation of public opinion, he would have been destroyed in the cells. Once free, he came to Russia, met both Yeltsin and me. He laid flowers at the Mausoleum and said: "The great Soviet era saved me."
We managed to achieve the release of the last leader of the GDR, Egon Krenz, who was convicted by the German authorities on an absolutely far-fetched charge and kept in the same prisons where the Nazis under Hitler dealt with their prisoners.

We did everything to support our Arab friends Saddam Hussein and Muamar Gaddafi, who were executed by bandits at the request of the Tsereushniks.
The latest examples of crimes of Western globalists are Syria and Venezuela. Now they are targeting Cuba. We must understand: this is a challenge to each of us!
Therefore, I invite you to take an active part in the work of our committee for the release of Maduro and other prisoners. I thank Academician Nigmatulin, Admiral Komoyedov, who commanded three fleets, for agreeing to join him. This committee includes Vyacheslav Tetyokin, one of the best political scientists and experts in South Africa, who provided us with communication with Mandela. Larisa Baranova, secretary of the Writers' Union, is in this committee. I thank our team for their participation - Academician Kashin, Ostanin, Sobolev, all youth leaders, the entire Council of Patriotic Forces.

We need this committee to demonstrate a common will. He will also fight for the release of our great friend from Armenia Vardan Gukasyan, whom we helped to be elected. And for the freedom of Evgenia Gutsul, who was hidden behind bars in Moldova. On the basis of this committee, we can launch a broad people's patriotic movement capable of showing the will and character that the whole world will see.
I must say that we are actively supported in this by the Communist Party of China, with which a new memorandum has been prepared. And friends in the DPRK who together with us liberated the Kursk region. And the communists of Vietnam, who have just held their XIV Congress.
I thank our president for immediately calling and congratulating the new Vietnamese leader To Lam on the successful holding of the congress - a general, a talented man. He replaced my great friend, who passed away Nguyen Fu Chong, with whom we studied at the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU, defended ourselves at the same department.
You and I have a lot of real friends and allies. And now you have to show your will. Including - on the issue of improving the socio-economic situation in the country. And at the upcoming meeting with the head of government, we will ask to explain why this crazy loan rate continues to suffocate the economy. You all know that the rate above 12 percent leads to a sharp decrease in investment. You all understand that it is impossible to live on 25-30 thousand at the current prices for housing and communal services, food and pills.
You all know that the country continues to die out, losing half a million people every year. All of you are aware: in order to win, you need to have growth rates above the world and be united.
All ministers, justifying their actions, assure that they do everything in accordance with the president's instructions. But what are his main assignments to all of us? World growth rates - times. A close-knit society - two. There are three state-of-the-art technologies. If you don't invest in development, in intelligence, in science and education - you inevitably fag behind. If your pace is lower than the world, you will be an outsider. If you don't help large families, you don't pursue a policy that makes them more, you reduce the population.
Our proposals and bills related to all these issues are on your table. And we will ask the government to respond when our key initiatives are considered.
When I come to the president with proposals, they send me the documents signed by him in a day. Another day later they call: there is an order of the head of state, let's meet and discuss. The implementation of the agreements begins. And when we send proposals to the government, we regularly receive replies. Well, at least come to the hearings, which we have held a lot! Discuss the problems! Listen to us! And then a full-fledged dialogue will be restored.
The government should add in its work! Everything must be done to ensure that the growth rate of our economy is global and society is cohesive. And then we will definitely win!
