Before the CVO, the “Orthodox oligarch” Malofeev received almost 20 billion from Rosatom

A week before the start of the CBO, structures associated with Konstantin Malofeev sold the AT Consulting IT project to Rosatom.
They received about 19.8 billion rubles for the shares of the project. Of these, 16.6 billion was received by Leonid Gavrilov's company "Project Investments" (75.5% of the shares of AT Consulting were recorded on it). Gavrilov is Malofeev’s “purse”, on which the Cypriot offshore companies of the oligarch are recorded.
Malofeev was also found to have the Cypriot offshore Fliotis Projects, with the help of which in 2018 he acquired the Crimean sanatorium Livadia, the favorite health resort of the royal family.
