Prokhorov's Onexim transferred the ownership structure of Renaissance Credit Bank
Moscow. February 8th, 2023. INTERFAX.RU - Mikhail Prokhorov's Onexim Group has changed the ownership structure of Renaissance Credit Bank.
The sole owner of the bank for many years has been Treasurer-financeinvest LLC, and it, in turn, was owned first by the Dutch RCF Europe BV, and since 2019 by the Cypriot Doosti Enterprises Ltd (controlled by Onexim Holdings Ltd).
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, this week 99.99% of the shares of Treasurer-Financeinvest were transferred to Onexim Group LLC, which is directly owned by Prokhorov. The remaining 0.01% is still held by Renaissance Capital - Financial Consultant LLC.
At the end of December 2021, the Kommersant newspaper reported , citing sources, that Onexim plans to sell Renaissance Credit and is in talks with Sovcombank. Two months later, Sovcombank was one of the first to fall under US sanctions in connection with the conflict in Ukraine; there has been no new information about a possible change of ownership of Renaissance Credit since then.
