Russian-Jewish oligarch Volozh’s new company intends to build supercomputer in Israel

The co-founder of Yandex, after selling the company and lifting international sanctions against it, created Nebius, intends to create a large infrastructure base of AI technologies in Israel, where he has been living since 2014, writes Newsru.co.il.
According to The Marker, Volozha is going to create a "server farm" with thousands of NVIDIA AI chips based on one of the data centers already available in Israel.
In addition, Nebius will take part in the tender of the Israeli Innovation Office to create a new supercomputer. Under the terms of the tender, the creator of the supercomputer will have to provide part of the capacity to Israeli companies and scientific structures at reduced prices.
