The Forum of young Anti-Fascists passed the baton of Soviet heroes into the future
On February 4, a children's and youth forum dedicated to the International Day of the Young Hero-Anti-Fascist and the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet People in the Great Patriotic War "Immortal Name - Hero Award!" was held in the October Hall of the House of Unions in Moscow. The event was organized by the CPRF faction in the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the Department of the CPRF Central Committee for Work with Women's and Children's Public Organizations.
The forum was attended by: Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee Gennady Andreevich Zyuganov, First Deputy Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee Yuri Afonin, member of the Presidium, Secretary of the CPRF Central Committee Maria Drobot, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the LCSM of the Russian Federation Vladimir Isakov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood Nina Ostanina, First Secretary of the Moscow City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Viktor Tsarikhin, member of the CPRF Central Committee Artem Prokofiev. The guests of honor of the forum were veterans of the Great Patriotic War, participants of the Special Military Operation, representatives of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The forum was attended by more than 300 young anti-fascists: pioneers and Komsomol members, representatives of children's social movements, cadets, young soldiers, participants of the federal project "Children of Russia - Children of Donbass". Different regions of Russia were represented at the event: Perm Krai, Luhansk People's Republic, Moscow and Moscow region.
The forum program began with the work of interactive platforms, where participants were able not only to touch the history, but also to become a part of the heroic events themselves - learn to do small but very important good deeds and thus make their possible contribution to the common Victory.
Yaroslav Listov, Head of the Department of the CPRF Central Committee for Youth Policy, told schoolchildren about the turning points of the Great Patriotic War, presenting an exposition prepared by the Moscow State Institute of Culture. Here you could see the household items of soldiers and officers, study the details of the equipment, feel the atmosphere of wartime.
The master class on weaving camouflage nets aroused great interest. Participants created protective coatings with their own hands, which will be sent to the front line together with the CPRF humanitarian convoy.
The guys also drew drawings, which the MGIK employees will transfer to the circles and hand over to the fighters. More than a hundred letters will be sent to the front line to the defenders of the Motherland, which young anti-fascists managed to write on their forum.
The photo platform organized by Sergei Tkachenko, a member of the Russian Historical Society, was no less fascinating. Here schoolchildren could try on the uniform of a Soviet soldier, study optical instruments and radio communication during the war, as well as take memorable pictures.
The leaders of the CPRF faction in the State Duma also joined the work of the interactive platforms with interest. The leader of the Communist Party Gennady Zyuganov talked to schoolchildren, asked them about their impressions of the forum and reminded of the feat of young heroes who gave their lives for the Motherland. He noted that modern children can also contribute - participate in patriotic actions, help the front, honor the memory of defenders.
After the work of the sites, the forum participants talked to journalists and shared their opinions on the importance of the forum and the role of young people in preserving historical memory.
Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Andreevich Zyuganov stressed the importance of preserving historical memory and continuing the fight against the resurgent manifestations of fascism. The leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation reminded at what price freedom was won, and called on young people to take care of the exploits of their ancestors.
"Today we remember that fascism is not just a story, it is a threat that raises its head again. In 1941, the fascists wanted to destroy our people, and they are trying to do it again, declaring war on the Russian world, our thousand-year history," said Gennady Andreevich. - But the Russian people have repeatedly proved that they are not afraid of either invasions or aggression. From Alexander Nevsky, who taught to respect the Russian truth at the age of 20, to Dmitry Donskoy, who proved the strength of our state at the age of 30, every generation stood up to defend the Motherland."
Gennady Zyuganov reminded that the heroism of the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War struck even enemies: "When after the war they studied the documents and memories of German generals, they admitted: "We knew how many tanks, planes, guns and soldiers the Soviet Union had. But we did not even assume that the Soviet school, pioneers and Komsomol brought up such courageous and highly educated fighters." That's what our strength is - in the education of a person, a citizen, a patriot."
The CPRF leader paid special attention to the feat of young heroes of the war and called on modern pioneers to follow the example of their peers.
First Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Yuri Afonin noted in his speech: "It is very important that new generations of schoolchildren know the history of our country, learn from the heroic examples of their peers, pioneers and Komsomol members who fought for our Motherland during the Great Patriotic War and brought Victory closer."
Yuri Afonin stressed that during the war years millions of children worked in the rear: they worked at defense enterprises and collective farms, provided the front with food, took care of the sick and wounded.
Soviet pioneers raised funds to help the front. Since 1942, on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War, the fascists were smashed by the tanks "Gorky Pioneer", "Moscow Pioneer", "Pioneer of Bashkiria", "Tashkent Pioneer", "Schoolboal of Sverdlovsk". "We are forever indebted to this generation, the generation of children of war," Yuri Afonin said. "I hope that the CPRF bill on special benefits and payments for war children will receive all-Russian support during the People's Referendum."
In his speech, Yuri Vyacheslavovich also noted that today, as 80 years ago, children are dying at the hands of fascists. These crimes of modern Nazism must be investigated, and the perpetrators should be punished. "Fighters on the fronts of the SVO, communists and Komsomol members are heroically fighting for a peaceful and happy childhood of all future generations," Yuri Afonin emphasized. - I wish our comrades strength in the fight for victory over the external enemy!"
Maria Drobot, a member of the Presidium, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, spoke about the importance of patriotic education and specific deeds of young activists.
"Our forum is not just a meeting of like-minded people, it is a real holiday that unites those who are faithful to our ideals," Maria Vladimirovna said. "Today we remember the exploits of young anti-fascist heroes, honor the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, and most importantly, we continue the work started by our predecessors."
Maria Drobot emphasized that it is the CPRF that has been paying special attention to the education of the younger generation for decades.
"Thanks to the Communist Party and the initiative of the Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee Gennady Andreevich Zyuganov, the pioneer organization was revived, Lenin Komsomol is actively developing. Today, the ranks of the red-tie pioneering are replenished by guys who not only study history, but also contribute to the protection of their homeland, - Maria Drobot continued. - Today among us are the pioneers of the "Orlyata" detachment from the Perm Territory, who joined the all-Russian action of good deeds "Timur and his team XXI century". Their letters, drawings, warm words are a huge support for our fighters. We are sure that the humanitarian convoys that the CPRF has been sending since 2014 are not just help, it is a sign of solidarity and loyalty to our history."
At the end of her speech, she wished all the participants of the forum new achievements in the name of the Motherland and congratulated them on the upcoming Victory Day.
In the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the Communist Party and Lenin Komsomol launched a large-scale work on the patriotic education of young people. Dozens of events, scientific and practical conferences, memorial actions - all this is aimed at preserving the historical truth and strengthening national identity. This was told by the first secretary of the Central Committee of the LCSM of the Russian Federation Vladimir Isakov at the press approach.
"For our party, this year is special - the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory," emphasized the leader of the Russian Komsomol. - The CPRF has always consistently fought against manifestations of fascism, and today this work continues. We have prepared hundreds of events dedicated to the heroic pages of our history. Among them are the actions "Banner of Victory", "Marshals of Victory", "Heroes-Komsomol members", "Heroes-pioneers", which will be held in educational institutions throughout the country. We show an inseparable connection of generations - the memory of all those who fought against fascism in different years is sacred to us. Today our comrades are on the front line, fulfilling their duty to the Motherland, but it is equally important to achieve victory on another front - the ideological one. If we do not win the fight for the minds of young people, victory on the battlefields will be impossible."
Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Motherhood, Fatherhood and Childhood, Chairman of the All-Russian Women's Service "Hope of Russia" Nina Ostanina devoted her speech to the social policy of the state, the struggle for the well-being and rights of children. She stressed that despite the authorities' declarations on the priority of childhood, the protection of the rights of the younger generation is still a task that requires decisive action.
"In October 1917, our predecessors put an end to the power of the bourgeoisie and its privileges. We have only one privileged class left - children, - said Nina Ostanina. - Today's government, unfortunately, does not always strive to ensure that children really become a priority of state policy. We defend free and affordable education, without USE, OGE and other "scary things". We strive to ensure that schools have high-quality free meals, so that every child has the right to a good rest during the holidays. We will always guard your interests. For us, children were, are and will remain a real privileged class."
Solemn part of the forum of young heroes-anti-fascists "Immortal name - a hero reward!" was held in the October Hall of the House of Unions.
To the sounds of "Songs about Pioneers-Heroes" by Alexandra Pakhmutova, presenters Elizaveta Rakutina and Alexander Shuvalov announced the beginning of the solemn part of the forum.
To the sounds of fanfare, a pioneer detachment "Orlyata" from Perm Krai came on stage. "Orlyata" became participants of the All-Russian social-humanitarian, civil-patriotic action "Timur and his team XXI century". The participants of the action help the needy soldiers of the Special Military Operation and the front, restore monuments and proudly bear the title of pioneer. The solemn report of the young participants of the forum was received by the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov, after which the flag bearers of the "Yunarmiya" carried the "Banner of Victory" and the anthem of the Russian Federation sounded.
The most touching moments of the event were the communication of schoolchildren with the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and modern times.
Maria Mikhailovna Rokhlina, a participant in the battles of Stalingrad and Kursk, the forcing of the Dnieper and the battles near Prokhorovka, was greeted with special warmth. Maria Mikhailovna freed Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Poland, Germany, Czechoslovakia from fascism, and met Victory Day in Prague. Last year it celebrated its centenary. Maria Rokhlina enthusiastically told the children about her pioneering childhood, Komsomol youth and called on the heirs of the Great Victory to return the glorious name of Stalingrad to the city, which broke the backbone of fascism under this name.
Among the guests of honor at the forum was the grandson of the Marshal of the Soviet Union, twice Hero of the USSR Ivan Khristoforovich Baghramyan. Ivan Sergeyevich Baghramyan stressed the importance of preserving historical memory and continuity of generations. He spoke about the military path of his legendary grandfather, his contribution to the Victory, as well as how modern descendants of heroes should not only remember, but also take an example from their ancestors, showing courage, steadfastness and loyalty to the Motherland.
The participants of the forum were able to communicate with modern heroes. The commander of the "Alyosha" tank, a participant of the SVO Rasim Baksikov addressed the guys with a welcoming speech. The Hero of Russia advised young patriots to stick to the main life guidelines: mind, honor and conscience, and also presented the distinguished guys from "Yunarmiya" with the award badge "Yunarmy Valor".
During the solemn part of the forum, both great songs and poems by Soviet authors and modern compositions reflecting the spirit of the new time sounded from the stage.

- Finalist of the Land of Talents contest Finalist of the Children's New Wave 2021, participant of the project "Voice. Children", Chinese Xu Mohan;
- Laureate of all-Russian and international competitions, winner of the Grand Prix of the competition of young vocalists Elena Obraztsova - Ilya Ponti.
The final chord of the solemn part of the forum was the famous song by Vladimir Kharitonov and David Tukhmanov. "Victory Day" together with the artists performed the whole hall standing.
The forum became not just a memorable event, but a real lesson of patriotism. He showed that heroes are not only people from books and archives, but also our contemporaries, and every young citizen can contribute to the victory over fascism. Preserving memory, helping the front, participating in public life - this is the way of young heroes of Russia.
Concluding the event, the organizers emphasized: civic and patriotic education should be not only a part of the school curriculum, but also an important element of the daily life of the younger generation.
