- Today is the Day of Remembrance of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, the most brilliant politician in the world, the most outstanding scientist and theorist. The most famous Russian man, who is respected and revered by all thinking people.
In his incomplete 55 years, Lenin wrote 55 volumes. And there is not a single serious library in the world where there is no complete collection of his works. And there is not a single self-respecting politician who has not explored his unique, amazing experience.
Lenin said for the first time that we can build socialism in a single country and implemented the necessary program for this. First, he described in detail the development of capitalism in Russia. And proved that it's a dead-end branch. Because our capital was subordinate in relation to the Western one, which dragged the Russian Empire into the world war, in which it burned down.
Lenin justified that it would be impossible to restore it on imperial ambitions and nationalism. This must be done on the basis of work, justice, friendship, respect for every nation and every person.
In four years, Lenin managed to make a number of changes in politics that saved our country. He started with military communism, prodrazverstka, prodnal tax and ended with the NEP and the GOELRO plan.
When Herbert Wells, the great science fiction writer, came to Lenin, he heard that Russia would not be in a fog, but illuminated by electricity and would become the most advanced and developed country. Then Wells said: which one of us is a science fiction, you or me? Vladimir Ilyich replied: come, father, in ten or fifteen years, and you will see a lot.
And when Herbert Wells arrived in the Soviet Union fourteen years later, he gasped. The whole country read, built, developed, created whole new industries.
Stalin impeccably continued Lenin's policy of industrialization, cultural revolution and collectivization. He also managed to understand what the essence of imperialism is.
Lenin wrote a brilliant work on this topic. He proved that imperialism will inevitably generate crises and wars. And the most terrible manifestation of this policy will be Nazism and fascism.
Hitler had already created his party in 1922, and in 1925 he wrote "Mein Kampf", where he sentenced us, in fact, to death. Stalin got acquainted with this essay and said that either we will run the path that Europe has taken for fifty to hundred years, in ten years, or we will be in ambit.
And we created nine thousand new plants. We have created the best social system in the world, the best schools, science. And forged the best soldiers, commanders and officers.
This feat was performed, first of all, by the Soviet teacher. When Berlin was stormed, seven out of ten commanders of our army were teachers or school principals. They were people of a different culture, a different flight, a different courage, a different upbringing. And when the fascist leaders at the Nuremberg trial reported on their crimes, they understood that, first of all, the war was won by a Soviet teacher, a Soviet engineer, a Soviet scientist, a Soviet commander, a Soviet soldier and a Soviet man who loved his homeland and desperately fought, freeing the whole world from Nazism and fascism.
This Leninist heritage is in demand today more than ever. Brezhnev and Kosygin continued Lenin's-Stalinist modernization. They managed to create missile-nuclear parity and contain the aggressive thoughts of American imperialism. But as soon as these ideas were betrayed by Gorbachev, Yeltsin, Yakovlev, Shevardnadze, everything fell apart. And until "United Russia" together with its leaders says it out loud, recovery will not begin. After all, today they did not even remember on the leading channels that a great genius, the most famous man and politician in the world, passed away on this day.
First of all, you have to respect yourself, your history. And don't look at it in pieces. This is a single process that allowed our civilization to stand at the forefront of humanity. We covered the praised Europe from the Batys, Napoleons and Hitlers three times. And today we are fulfilling the president's instructions: to reach the world pace of development, to rally society and achieve true sovereignty.
But sovereignty is born, first of all, in the family. It should be many children, and we continue to die out. Sovereignty is born in a school where there should be textbooks created by Soviet science. He is born in our factories, which should make the best machines, the best planes and the best electronics. And we all knew how to do it.
Therefore, based on the unique Soviet experience, it is necessary to respond to today's challenges. Now it is necessary to study Lenin's work on the development of imperialism and understand that it will inevitably lead the world to a new big fight and war.
You see another imperialist today. A year ago, you did not suspect that Trump would say: the Western Hemisphere is mine, Greenland is American, Canada and Mexico will also obey them. And the United States will steal the head of a sovereign country, a member of the UN, Venezuela, hiding Nicolas Maduro with his wife in his prison. I emphasize that this is a challenge to all leaders on the planet.
The residence of the President of Russia in Valdai has already been bombed. Ninety drones were sent. Thank God, the air defense system managed to cope in time and split this armada. But this is a very alarming signal. Zelensky is a dirty, bloody parsley, behind which there is nothing but the protection of the British. He doesn't decide anything. There are generals from London and Washington sitting there, who determine both flight tasks and satellite guidance. They control those systems that should destroy Russia and the Russian world.
I want to bow to our soldiers, generals and officers who fight bravely and with dignity at the front. Today we are again fighting against fifty-one countries of NATO, led by American imperialism. We are fighting against a giant information and propaganda machine that blung the brains of our brothers in Ukraine to such an extent that they began to worship bloody Bandera and Shukhevich. There was nothing more abevious in this world! They mutilated the brains of a whole generation, children who were taught according to Soros textbooks.
Our party and patriotic forces have long been rallied. We helped to liberate Crimea from the first day. We worked in Donbass and Novorossiya. We have created a real "soft power" in Ukraine. And if the "party of power" had supported us then, we would not have let the Nazis and Banderaites into Kiev.
But today everyone counts with the national-patriotic forces. I thank our protest headquarters, which is headed by my deputy academician Kashin. We sent 149 convoys to the front. That's 30 thousand tons of everything the guys asked for.
179 of our commissioners have already died. They fought for the right cause against Nazism and Bandera. And we do everything to help their children and families.
But we must understand that the potential of our opponents is ten times higher than ours. And we need to learn from Lenin, who appealed to the people at the most difficult moment. Then almost 80 thousand tsarist officers came to the Red Army. The workers came. And a four-million powerful army was created. She split the Entente. Millions of children sat down at their desks, and in 1941 they bravely fought fascism.
Lenin offered what rallied the nation. And even the whole of Ukraine rose up to expel the German invaders and their henchmen. That's who you need to learn from!
I am proud that our country participated in the creation of BRICS and the SCO. I consider this one of the best decisions of Russian President Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping. BRICS and SCO are what is a real counterweight to NATO, Americans and Trump's brazen claims to world domination.
Americans have already left 66 organizations established by the UN. If Trump seizes the oil of Venezuela and Greenland, and together with Canada it will be 40% of the Arctic shelf, then we will understand what it threatens.
The Soviet country from Murmansk to Dudinka had five to six regiments of MiG-31 interceptor fighters. They could even shoot down space satellites. And now we will have to solve these issues.
We recently summed up the results of the past year at the Presidium of the Council of Patriotic Forces. We will hold four major events dedicated to our common fight against Nazism and fascism. On the eve of Victory Day, the Third World Anti-Fascist Forum will be held. 165 delegations from 91 countries have already responded to our invitation.
Today, Russia will be taken into account only on condition that it will have a global pace of development, a strong and well-equipped army and an absolutely cohesive society. And when every second person lives in the country on 25-30 thousand rubles, when the oligarchy grabbed billions during the war and transfers them beyond the cordon, when forty-four dollars of billionaires were added for four years of war, then unity does not smell much here.
Unity is when everyone invests in a common victory. And our Victory Program provides for an increase in the budget by 10 trillion rubles. It guarantees that utility bills should not exceed 10% of family income. We will do everything to ensure that children study for free and receive not only education, but also their first job. Medicine will become accessible, and newborns should not die in maternity hospitals from unsanitary conditions. But for this you need to invest three to four times more money in this area. And today it is "de-eralized" as a result of the policy of gentlemen from "United Russia".
The main issues are resolved, first of all, in the elections. This year there will be more than just elections. It will be a choice of course. If we continue to follow the old course, we will inevitably suffer defeat.
Our equipment wear and tear even in the oil and gas industry was 60%. The pipes burst every day. In some regions, 70% of built housing is not sold out because people have no money. Food prices are rising by 13-15%, and utility tariffs are going to rise to 22-28% after the elections. Such a policy is useless!
Therefore, we need to refer to our program. It combines the great Russian history, the Soviet era with the latest technologies. This is a course for renewed socialism, implemented in national enterprises.
In the state farm named after Lenin near Moscow, headed by Grudinin, there is the best free school in the world, all workers have apartments of the highest quality. Every second family has many children. Go and learn! But they don't want to.
In my native Oryol region, the wheat harvest was 56 centners per hectare. It's better than in Kuban. Because the communist governor Klychkov is implementing our program.
There are 500 plants operating in the Ulyanovsk region, headed by the governor of the Russians. The growth rate there is almost 6%. And in the country - 0.6%. And the head of Khakassia Konovalov showed that it is possible to build a square meter of housing per year per person and support children, the elderly and women.
But the ruling party doesn't like the Soviet experience. However, she will have to teach him.
That's exactly what Lenin started with. He told the Komsomol members: you need to study, study and study. If you don't learn, you won't master all the wealth of knowledge. During the civil war, Lenin created thirty of the largest scientific institutions.
Our program "Education for All" is on the table of "United Russia". It was prepared by a powerful team. These are Nobel laureate Zhores Alferov, my deputies are Melnikov, Kashin, Afonin, Novikov. It was prepared by Kolomeytsev, Taisaev, Kalashnikov, Ostanin, Smolin. These are people with scientific degrees, teachers of schools and universities.
Lenin passed away, leaving us a great country gathered in the form of the USSR. In the First World War, four empires burned down - Russian, German, Austro-Hungarian and Ottoman. But our country was restored thanks to Lenin and Stalin. Thanks to the Bolshevik Party and socialist ideals. Due to the fact that Russian people went to defend their beloved Motherland, understanding what they are fighting for.
And I want those who are fighting against Nazism and fascism today to come to us. We send our commanders and convoys from the Lenin State Farm. And when they visited this national enterprise, they said: "Gennady Andreevich, now we understand what we are fighting for." After all, they are not fighting for the Chubais and Abramovichs. Not for their money and stolen capital. They are fighting for the future, which Lenin illuminated with his genius. For Soviet socialist modernization.
We must do everything today to save Nicolas Maduro from the American prison cell. Now a committee has been created, which includes figures of culture, science, and education. And we will fight very persistently. We have a unique experience. Nelson Mandela spent many years in prison. But we pulled him out. And when meeting me, he thanked the Soviet country and the Communist Party for it.
Let's bow to the bright memory of Vladimir Ilyich once again. And we firmly declare that we will follow his course. We will do everything to overcome Nazism and fascism. So that the ideals of socialism are in demand and implemented.
After all, today there are only two choices. Or capitalism with its imperial ambitions, fascism and Nazism. Or socialism, which is justice, friendship and victory! Everything else is stupid!
Either you are for our team, which is able to cope with the crisis in the country, or for what you see today. If the USSR had been preserved, there would have been no current disgracing.
There are two forms of politics in the world: honest, courageous, intelligent struggle, or betrayal, which inevitably ends in collapse and destruction. We are for Vladimir Ilyich's victorious ideas, Leninist-Stalin modernization, for the victory of socialism in our power!
