The authorities are forming a permanent dossier on Russians under the age of 35 called "Digital Profile" - and are going to continue to collect data in the future
"State Services" is launching an electronic register, where all information about Russians under the age of 35 will be entered: education, work, marital status.
Formally - to help with employment, informally - another step to total control. After 35 years, the profile will not disappear: the system will continue to monitor changes automatically.
