The Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the All-Russian headquarters of the protest movement, faithful to their patriotic mission, send the 152nd humanitarian convoy to the combat zone of the SVO and to the frontline regions of Russia. This time the convoy includes UAZ special vehicles designed for assault brigades, quadcopters, several dozen cross motorcycles for mobile reconnaissance groups, a large amount of bottled drinking water, especially in demand with the onset of the warm period, a variety of food, medicines, medicines, inventory, camouflage nets and other equipment. An important contribution to the formation of the convoy was made by labor collectives of enterprises of the Moscow region, the deputy corps, party branches of many regions, public organizations, individual citizens and initiative groups.

The best "Katyusha" (BM-13), the best attack aircraft L-2, the best "Grabinskaya Gun". Our country, under the leadership of Stalin, managed to build 9 thousand plants in 10 years. And when Hitler's leaders were interrogated at the Nuremberg trial, do you know what they said? "We knew how many soldiers, tanks and aircraft the USSR had, but we never thought that in 10 years such a brave, intelligent, strong, talented commander and officer would be trained." In 1941, we had the most literate country in the world, the best commanders, and they were trained by a Soviet teacher, a Soviet engineer, a Soviet scientist. That's what a breakthrough into the future is.
I remind you of this today, here, because everyone has invested in this convoy - pioneers and Komsomol members, engineers and workers, the largest regions. Sixteen 20-tons from all over the country, under the leadership of our Headquarters, which is headed by Academician Kashin and our Hero of Donbass Kazbek Taisayev, will go to all front regions, all border regions. We actively provide assistance to Dagestan and the Chechen Republic, which fell under the waterfall and, in fact, suffered huge losses. It's a sacred job for us. Each deputy of the State Duma handed over a third of his salary in order to provide real help to the guys and celebrate Ilyich's birthday. Unfortunately, the ruling party did not listen to us. Recently, the President gathered the entire Government, economic and financial bloc. I was struck by experienced people sitting and pretending that the collapse that has been allowed in recent months, especially in the first quarter, is something unexpected for them. Nothing unexpected. Back in October, at the Plenum, we told them in detail how to implement the Victory Program. We showed in Oryol region, under the leadership of Klychkov, how to grow the best harvest in the world. Wheat gave 185 centners of grain. If we get such crops, we will have 200 million tons of grain. We will get 60-70 billion dollars from food alone - more than oil and gas combined. Here in Ulyanovsk, the governor of Russky launched 500 enterprises at full capacity and showed the highest rates of economic development, 5 times higher than in the country.
