Putin hints that Russia to be centre of world order

Russia is a country-civilization and one of the centers of the multipolar world, President Vladimir Putin said at the Council of Legislators at the Federal Assembly. He is quoted byTASS.
In this regard, the head of state recalled the traditions of Russian parliamentarism and the first deputies, who “considered it their highest duty and calling to live and work for the Fatherland.”
He noted the special importance of such examples of patriotism for the state, taking into account the place that Russia occupies in the international arena.
