On May 1, a festive event dedicated to the Day of International Solidarity of Workers took place in Moscow. The solemn event was opened by the Deputy Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences V.I. Kashin. The floor for the speech was given to the Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee, the leader of the People's Patriotic Forces of Russia G.A. Zyuganov.

Exactly 140 years ago, a demonstration of workers in America was shot by the bourgeois authorities. Six people were killed, there were injuries. But in response to a new wave of speeches, almost fifty workers were killed, and many were also injured. The so-called instigators were executed.
The bourgeois system then demonstrated its impudence and violence, thinking that the protest could be suppressed.
But the Great Soviet Republic, Lenin-Stalin modernization was born in Russia. She showed the whole planet that under the slogans for peace, labor and brotherhood of peoples, the Russian Empire burned in the First World War can be gathered in the form of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
Decisions were made on an eight-hour working day, on maternity leave for women.
Today, despite the fact that our opponents have been trying to blaspheme the Soviet authorities for almost thirty years, it turns out that in today's Russia the vast majority of citizens treat Lenin and his transformations with great respect.
TV presenter Solovyov already praises Stalin in his morning and evening programs. And President Putin returned the proud name of Dzerzhinsky to the Security Service Academy.
But we need to move on. If you look closely at the president's message, there are three main ideas. To win, to rally society as much as possible, to reach the world pace of development, to master the latest technologies and to demonstrate cohesion in achieving a much-needed and important victory for all of us.
Our recent plenary session considered the main issue - the Victory Program, from survival to development and justice. More precisely, to socialism.
Almost 50 thousand people voted for this program. Among them are our friends from the Union of Communist Parties. Our friends from the BRICS and SCO lines. The greatest scientists and deputies voted and supported. And I also thank the Union of Patriotic Forces, which includes 56 organizations.
The newspapers "Pravda", "Soviet Russia" and on our website have published a program that will ensure victory. Why do we insist on this? Because without this solidarity of all working people, we will have nothing to consolidate the victory at the front.
The war against the Russian world has been going on for the fifth year. The Anglo-Saxons and 50 NATO countries declared war on a great civilization that has more than a thousand years old.
In Trump's strategy, three countries are specially designated. These are China, Russia and Iran. But the hegemony of the United States and the West will no longer happen on the planet!
However, we must remember that the war of attrition, which they declared to us, can only be won by a fundamentally different socio-economic policy.
It seemed to me that six years ago a new government of the Russian Federation headed by Prime Minister Mishustin came. It overcame covid, thirty-one thousand sanctions. And as a result of the concentration of resources and their direction to the military-industrial complex and science, it reached the global pace of development.
A year ago, we had a development rate of 5%. But in one year they failed to zero. This is the main evidence of the absence of a course change.
Within the framework of the criminal, oligarchic political system, which was imposed by Gorbachev's betrayal and Yeltsin's drunken courage, it is impossible to get out of this impasse.
Four years ago, the president said in Valdai that capitalism had reached a dead end. But we see that today capitalism has gone crazy. However, why have we been stomping in this dead end for four years? Why is the average tax rate of 19%, and you can't take a loan for 25%?
Why are small and medium-sized businesses, which were promised support, simply strangled today? 70 thousand enterprises collapsed in one year!
Why has housing and communal services become the main obstacle in the lives of citizens?
I recently received a letter from a teacher who has worked for forty years. But her pension is 22 thousand rubles. The utility bill is 12 thousand rubles. So, either buy medicine, or food.
I received another letter from a pensioner. Her pension is 17 thousand. But you have to pay five thousand for water and five thousand for a warm battery. Seven thousand remain for thirty days. It's worse than the prison norm!
It's not just a shame!
Together, we must do everything to change this financial and economic course! And our program, our team, our deputy vertical, our union of patriotic forces, our women's movement, our union of officers and the Academy of Sciences offer such a program.
We are going to the elections now. And they should understand perfectly well that there are only two options left: either "United Russia" with its satellites, or the CPRF.
Our program guarantees the maximum concentration of resources so that all mines work for citizens, not for oligarchs. We must do everything to ensure that a law is adopted that regulates the prices of basic goods and medicines, including fuel and electricity.
We can immediately pass a law that would guarantee every young person free education, up to higher education, and the first job.
You and I have all the resources for this.
The budget proposed by our team under the leadership of Academician Kashin is already ten trillion more.
Those twelve laws that we introduced to the Duma could already be adopted. But "United Russia" refused to do so.
Nine laws on support of large families, which were introduced by Ostanina, are on the table of United Russia. But they didn't want to make a decision.
Nineteen laws on the regulation of migration flows, which Kalashnikov introduced, were also not really adopted.
All these questions have been prepared. But we need political will and solidarity, which at one time saved our power. She was saved, first of all, by workers, peasants, soldiers and officers. They rallied when the Entente invasion began. They knocked her out of all ports and drove her abroad.
It was this solidarity of the working class and all nationalities of our Soviet power that made it possible to defeat fascism. It is this solidarity that helps us to fight at the front today.
We sent 152 humanitarian convoys. And soon we will send another convoy. We support our guys and are proud that they fight bravely.
We have accepted 25 thousand children and continue to do everything to save and support them.
But the solidarity of the working people and labor are the main weapon of those who fight for peace, justice and true freedom! I congratulate you on the holiday and wish you to make the right choice in the upcoming elections!
Our team will peacefully, worthily correct the situation and lead the country to a true path of creation, justice, friendship and progress.

Dear comrades!
We, the participants of the meeting with the deputies of the CPRF faction - workers and students, representatives of trade union and social movements, communists and Komsomol members, gathered in the center of the Russian capital to declare our loyalty to the interests of the working people.
Guided by the ideals of social justice and proletarian internationalism, we confirm our readiness for a decisive struggle for human rights of work! For the sovereignty of our Motherland! For a decent future for our children!
"Proletarians of all countries, unite!" - as a century ago, these words inspire us to fight for social justice. They remind of the need for unity in the face of the main enemy of mankind - world capital.
Imperialism is increasingly cynical to show its aggressive essence. For the sake of maintaining his dominance, he is capable of any crimes. The world bourgeoisie incites ethnic stris, pushes peoples to war, profits from human grief.
While workers save on everything, the caste of billionaires multiplies their capital on speculation, robbery and bloodshed. Over the past year, the state of the world oligarch has exceeded the mark of ten trillion dollars. A vicious system for which war and degradation are an instrument of enrichment has no right to exist.
Imperialist predators openly seek to dismember and enslave Russia. The special military operation in Ukraine has not become an ordinary conflict, but a form of resistance to attempts of global capital to deprive our country of the future. By supporting our soldiers, we defend the right of our people to independent development.
The only force that can stop the bloody planetary meat grinder is the international solidarity of workers. No borders and language barriers can divide those who are used to living honest work and are ready to fight for truth and justice.
Today we, the participants of the rally-meeting with the deputies of the CPRF faction, say a strong "NO!" anti-people policy of world and Russian capital!
We say "NO!" rules where the majority drags a miserable existence, while the chosen ones bathe in luxury!
We support the CPRF in its desire for a radical transformation of our country and declare: The Victory Program is the most direct way to solve social and economic problems, to overcome the demographic crisis and technological lag!
We declare: the path to new victories lies through the nationalization of strategic industries and banks, through the transition to state planning. Only on this basis will the real independence of our homeland be ensured.
Time requires concrete and decisive measures. We call on Russian citizens to join the ranks of the CPRF, actively participate in the labor and trade union movement. We call on everyone to rally in the fight against capitalism, neo-fascism, Russophobia and anti-Sovietism.
We are the heirs of the Great Victory! And we insist: any justification of fascism is an act hostile to man and humanity!
