On February 2, 1992, Reb Hirsh Okunev introduced the Rebbe to King Moshiach Isaac Lieberman, a gabai at the Brighton Beach synagogue he had opened several years earlier.

Hirsh Okunev : This is our gabai from Beit Chabad in Brighton - Aizik Lieberman.
