U.S. NAVY LUBAVITCH CHAPLAIN TAKES OATH BEFORE '770'
Lubavitcher Rabbi David Moya was sworn in as a US Navy chaplain on Wednesday by Lieutenant Levi Zeitlin, along with chaplain Major David Grossman of the US Air Force Auxiliary.
DAVID MOYA
He is the first Lubavitcher chaplain in US Navy history. Swearing in is the culmination of an extensive application process. This marks the beginning of the servicemen's career, during which they then undergo training and then serve full-time on a military base.
