Boys in Russia are named ‘Khazar’: meet 11-year-old Khazar Kuliyev, a member of the Communist Youth

Who had just made a solemn promise to fight for Lenin's cause, (on May 19, another reception in pioneers was held) the recruits visited the museum of the history of the pioneer movement in the House of Creativity in the city of Omsk (former Palace of Pioneers). And let today this museum be called carefully: "People's Museum of the History of Children's Movement", the spirit and atmosphere of the Soviet children's organization are preserved there.
- We in Kalachinsk on May 19, on a festive day for young Leninists, have already accepted the fourth generation of pioneers, - says the first secretary of the Kalachinsky Ministry of Defense of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Alevtina Kabakova. - We have recently accepted the pioneers of the previous convocation in the Komsomol. And they just created a new pioneer detachment "Sparks". If in the past convocations we had village guys, this time we have pioneers from the district center. On Pioneering Day, they took a solemn oath, beat drums, sang songs, including the famous "Ship the bonfires". We had a friendly gathering on Danilovo Lake, our pioneers learned to collect medicinal herbs, and by June 21 everyone received a task - to tell about the pioneer heroes at the solemn gathering. In the summer, we plan to hold a camp with a bonfire, an overnight stay and pioneer songs. The guys have an experienced counselor.
In the museum of the Palace of Pioneers, Kalachin children learned the history of the pioneer movement in the region, the fate of the first pioneers and pioneer leaders in Omsk and the region. They have already heard something from their parents and senior comrades, but still a visit to the museum remained unforgettable for the pioneers.
- Today I learned a lot of new things, - says 11-year-old Khazar Kuliyev. - I, like the young pioneers of the past years, strive to do something, to move forward, not to stop there. I also learned today about the dead pioneer heroes who gave their lives for the Soviet country during the Great Patriotic War, fought on an equal footing with adults.
By the way, Khazar Kuliyev is one of the winners of the regional stage of the annual All-Russian competition "Land of Talents", which is held by the CPRF. Khazar, a recruit in the pioneer detachment, says that he has been interested in the history of the movement for a long time and his parents help him in this.
- I was a pioneer myself, because I know that this is a good organization, - says the boy's mother Aida Mamedova. - My older son always helps the neighbors, and we bring up the younger one in the same way as we were brought up, according to the covenants of pioneering - to study well, to help the elderly.
Participation in the pioneer movement helps Kalachin children to find themselves, show their talents, teaches them to be useful to society.
