On April 8, 2026, in the exhibition hall of the Moscow City Duma, on the initiative of the capital's communists, the Interbrigade of the Moscow City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the CPRF faction in the capital's parliament, the grand opening of the exhibition "Dream of Palestine 2026" took place.
It presents paintings by artists symbolizing in historical and modern retrospective the struggle of the Palestinian people for national sovereignty, for freedom, for justice. The event was attended by deputies of the Moscow City Duma, secretaries of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, head of the communist faction in the capital's parliament N.G. Zubrilin and deputy head of the CPRF faction in the Moscow City Duma L.A. Zyuganov, V.P. Arbuzov, First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, member of the Presidium of the CPRF Central Committee V.A. Tsarikhin, coordinators of the Interbrigade of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, members of the Bureau of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, first secretary of the Communist Party of the Communist Party "Krasnogvardeyskoye", head of the Communist faction in the capital's parliament S.K. Timokhov and the first secretary of the IPO of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation "Sevastopolskoye" T.I. Desyatova.

The exhibition was opened by Nikolai Grigorievich Zubrilin.
At the opening of the exhibition, Viktor Alekseevich Tsarikhin addressed the participants of the event, delivering the following speech:
"Dear comrades! Today we are present at a significant event - at the opening of an art exhibition dedicated to the memory and achievements of the people who have been fighting for freedom and independence for decades, against the aggression of world predators, against fascism, against genocide, for the establishment of the primacy of the principle of justice in international relations. After the victory of the USSR over Nazism in the Great Patriotic War (and in the Second World War as a whole), international capital began to make efforts to take revenge for the failure of attempts to enslave the globe. The center of world reaction, having moved from Berlin to Washington, along with the outbreak of the Cold War, relied on inspiring armed conflicts in different parts of the world, artificially creating conditions that allow imperialism to consolidate its own omnipotence.
The unleashing of a massacre against the people of Palestine by the reactionary forces, the occupation of the lands allocated to Palestine by the decisions of the General Assembly of the United Nations, the application of scorched earth tactics to its population for decades - all this fully demonstrated the misanthropic and criminal nature of the followers of the "new world order", left no doubt about their attempt to turn the whole world into a planetary concentration camp.
Turning to the topic of the struggle of the people of Palestine for national revival, for the protection of sovereignty, we not only pay tribute to the memory of your ancestors who fought against external aggression. Currently, in the context of escalation of international tension, escalation of aggressive actions of the United States and its satellites, direct attempt on the independence of countries and peoples, the importance of rallying all progressive and anti-imperialist forces, their decisive opposition to the destructive plans of "globalism" and its accomplices is increasing. The world oligarchy exerts brute pressure on Russia, Cuba, Venezuela, purposefully fanning the flames of the fire of war in the Middle East. Military strikes on Iran, regularly observed bloody raids against Palestine leave no doubt about the readiness of the imperialists to finally resolve the issue in their favor at the cost of erasing the peoples who disobedient to the world "elites" from the ground.
The People's Patriotic Forces of Russia, led by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, are constantly working to support the just struggle of the people of Palestine against national oppression. We express solidarity with countries of anti-imperialist choice, we consider it important to continue to oppose the dictates of international reaction. Only in this way will it be possible to pave the way to the establishment of a lasting peace, prevent humanity from sliding into the abyss of global catastrophe. We wish the people of Palestine to liberate the territories from the occupiers, find stability, prosperity, justice, take the path of sustainable development, victory over modern fascism.

And before the final part of the opening of the exhibition, the leader of the capital's communists reported on the past International Anti-Fascist Forums. For example, Viktor Tsarikhin mentioned the forum held in April 2025, which was attended by representatives of 96 countries, including European countries. The First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation stressed that the participants of such a significant international event expressed solidarity with the position of the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the head of the Communist faction in the State Duma Gennady Andreevich Zyuganov on the fight against fascism, in the key areas of countering the world reaction.
