The object of this dossier is to demonstrate Carlo Maria Vigano’s role in the Jewish-controlled WEF/ Eurasian Empire/Greater Israel NWO plan [a 2,000 year-old plan of the Cabbalists for annihilating Christian civilization & enslaving the rest of humanity to serve the Jewish antichrist].

Vigano (prior to his role as U.S. Papal Nuncio) “served as secretary-general of the Governorate of Vatican City State from 2009 to 2011. [He] was ordained a priest in 1968 and spent most of his career working in a diplomatic capacity for the Holy See. As a priest, he served on a number of diplomatic missions before being consecrated a bishop by Pope John Paul II in 1992.” ^{^[2]} Although it is said that Vigano has found Tradition (after serving nearly 50 years as a Modern priest & diplomat), he continues to promote anti-Catholic philosophies, is known for his dishonesty, and is using unconscionable deceit to lead millions of Catholics to the enemies of Christ and ultimately to their annihilation.

2011: Carlo Maria Vigano told Benedict XVI not to transfer him to the U.S. so he could take care of his brother, Fr. Lorenzo Vigano, who had a stroke. Fr. Lorenzo Vigano, said that his brother Carlo Maria Vigano “lied to Ratzinger when he asked to stay in Rome because he had to take care of me when I had recovered shortly after my stroke.” Fr. Lorenzo Vigano said of his brother Carlo Maria Vigano: “He wrote false letters to the Pope, exploiting me for personal ends”. Fr. Lorenzo writes:”Further than a moralizer, my brother stole from me.” “I no longer consider it humanly possible to continue to bear the oppression of people who pretend to wear lambskins by disguising their true nature as wolves” ^{^[3]} ^{^[4]}

2010 to 2018: Legal battle concluding with Carlo Maria Vigano sentenced by the Court of Milan ‘to pay his brother Don Lorenzo, a disabled priest, a maxi-millionaire compensation. The moralizer Viganò, in fact, had maintained and managed the co-ownership of the assets assigned to them at the death of their father, without any kind of accountability to his disabled brother, a distinguished scholar of Mesopotamian texts. The inheritance includes numerous properties for an estimated value of almost 20 and a half million euros, as well as a significant sum of money (over six million seven hundred thousand euros). The Court found that the former nuncio [Carlo Maria Vigano] had always received the proceeds of the immovable property, holding for himself all the liquidity that was part of the community property, benefiting from a total of “transactions for a net amount of €3,649,866.25”. Now he will have to pay his brother half of that amount, news that still does not appear on the blogs of Viganò’s flatterers, the various Catholic compasses that say they are made for the truth.’ ^{^[5]} Carlo Maria Vigano “had to pay 180 thousand Swiss francs to his sister Rosanna, after she denounced him for the appropriation of 900 million lire deriving from her father’s inheritance.” ^{^[6]}

2011 – Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò became Papal Nuncio to the United States during the Obama Administration (the year after The Rockefeller Foundation released its Lockstep [i.e. Reset] publication^{^[7]} and two years after Moscow’s Skolkovo Innovation Center^{^[8]} [the new “Russian Silicon Valley”] was announced by President Dmitry Medvedev for a “Russian Reset”^{^[9]}, facilitated by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton & V.P. Joe Biden, compromising national security by transferring U.S. tech & furthering collaborations with Russia^{^[10]} in nano-tech, neural brain research, education, etc.. Moscow’s Skolkovo Center publishes the Russian Foresight Initiative’s Global Education Futures Agendas^{^[11]} as a guide for societal transformation, including plans for the Global Reputation Capital [Behavioral Control] System, Transhumanism, Universal Basic Income, Global A.I. Governance, Rights of Non-human Entities, End of Nation-States, etc.).

Note that Vigano is an apostle of the “Moscow, the Third Rome” movement, nudging gullible Christians toward Russian-led guidance of these anti-Christ agendas.

Considering all of the proofs of conspiracy & long-term orchestrated dialectics to nudge souls into the NWO synthesis, it is logical to conclude that many events & narratives (recorded & disseminated) have been carefully planned & formulated to achieve this long sought-after goal of an anti-Christ World Order controlled by the Jews. Other snags in Vigano’s credibility, which include his ties to Opus (Ju)Dei^{^[26]}, must be noted before proceeding to the Vigano/McCarrick Dialectic for pied-pipering Catholics to the Eurasian Empire & a Kabbalistic Moral Law.

2014 – Vigano allegedly had a role “in the [2014] termination of an internal (secret) investigation initiated and funded by the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis into accusations of homosexual solicitation and seduction of seminarians and others by Archbishop Nienstedt [a friend of Vigano’s]” per Randy Engel’s series of articles,^{^[27]} Termination of the investigation has been viewed as an alleged cover up.

Randy Engel’s investigation into Vigano’s alleged cover up reveals Opus Dei connections through his collaborators.^{^[28]} Vigano’s “proofreaders” (or ghostwriters) Aldo Maria Valli and Marco Tosatti are tied to Opus Dei.

Vigano has been reading from scripts throughout this psy-war operation. Valli and Tosatti (among MANY Opus Dei-controlled media) remain instrumental in promoting Vigano and publishing Vigano letters^{^[29]} ^{^[30]} ^{^[31]} (sometimes called “V”-drops, similar to the “Q”-drops…as Vigano is tied to the “Q” psy-op [an operation similar to the Soviet “Trust” operation^{^[32]}]).

Marco Tosatti: In a Patrick Coffin interview^{^[36]}, Tosatti explains that he was asked to collaborate with Vigano by a mutual friend of theirs “who is not a man of the Church” for the 2018 release of the “bombshell” 11-page testimony regarding McCarrick. Studies indicate that the testimony was fabricated to elevate Vigano as a staged hero to pied piper Catholics into a New World Order paradigm. The testimony does not correspond with Vigano’s documented actions.

Tosatti worked for the Agnelli family’s “La Stampa” most of his life. The Agnelli family were close friends with Henry Kissinger and has been doing business with former Soviets since the 1960’s. The Agnellis collaborate with sanctioned oligarch Konstantin Malofeev, who is known as Putin’s right-hand man, finances Bolshevik Dugin, financed separatist rebels, runs the Tsargrad TV network (with former KGB General Leonid Reshetnikov in 2017), & owns the Katehon soviet propaganda outlet.

Tosatti also published the Vigano testimony in La Verita. “The director and founder of the paper (and digital version) is the Italian journalist and television producer Maurizio Belpietro. In one of its promotions, La Verità names more than 25 prominent journalists and commentators who write for the newspaper. The list includes a number of Opus Dei members and associates including economist and banker, Ettore Gotti Tedeschi, a former President of the IOR (Vatican Bank) and well-known Opus Dei supernumerary. So, I believe we can say that La Verità is, at least, Opus Dei “friendly,” especially since it was among the first Italian publications chosen to run the Viganò testimony of August 2018.”^{^[37]} ^{^[38]}

A Second Look at Tosatti’s Media Recommendations

In connection with the Viganò affair, there is a need to re-examine the media outlets that Tosatti recommended to Viganò at their August 22, 2018, meeting – National Catholic Register and LifeSite News, La Veritas, and the Spanish religious website Info Vaticana.

Info Vaticana is owned by Grupo Intereconomia, which in turn is owned by Julio Ariza Irrigoyen, Gabriel Ariza’s father, a wealthy and prominent businessman, journalist and politician from Navarra. Julio Ariza completed his law studies at Opus Dei’s collegial flagship, the University of Navarra, and yes, he is a married supernumerary of Opus Dei. Under the Opus Dei system of building media anonymous “apostolates,” Info Vaticana is an Opus Dei clone.’

‘Finally we come to three of Opus Dei’s most important U.S.-based media outlets which have played a major role in the Viganò saga – The NCR (bought out by EWTN), LifeSite News, and EWTN itself have been at the top of that list from the beginning as primary Opus Dei media outlets. Discrepancies in Vigano’s (via OD ghostwriter Tosatti)

11-page “Bombshell” Testimony re: McCarrick (2018)

Vigano’s 11-page Testimony^{^[46]} accused Pope Francis of not listening to Vigano when he allegedly warned Francis in 2013 of crimes committed by McCarrick & for neglecting alleged sanctions against McCarrick. (NB: Vigano excuses JPII & Benedict XVI for enabling McCarrick during their pontificates). Evidence shows that neither Vigano nor Benedict XVI enforced alleged sanctions on McCarrick.

Vigano’s testimony is not congruent with documented facts. The testimony appears to have been fabricated to present a need for “reform”. (Another Hegelian dialectic – problem, reaction, solution – to nudge Catholics into the antichrist plan.) In paragraph 69, Vigano states: “Corruption in the misuse of the Church’s resources and of the offerings of the faithful must be fought against.” Catholic Blockchain will be a “solution”. The anti-LGBTQ rhetoric is the Jews’ M.O. to coax conservatives/Trads into the NWO religion (related to Bolshevik Dugin’s & Opus Judei’s Kabbalistic philosophies & Moscow’s “Third Rome”, civil capital for the antichrist).

The following timeline illustrates just a few of many contradictions in Vigano’s statements vs. his actions.

2006 – Per Vigano’s Testimony (Para. 10) “…on December 6, 2006, I wrote to my superiors…that the facts attributed to McCarrick…were of such gravity & vileness as to provoke bewilderment, a sense of disgust, deep sorrow and bitterness in the reader, and that they constituted the crimes of seducing, requesting depraved acts of seminarians & priests, repeatedly & simultaneously with several people, derision of a young seminarian who tried to resist the Archbishop’s [seductions] in the presence of two other priests, absolution of the accomplices in these depraved acts, sacrilegious celebration of the Eucharist with the same priests after committing such acts.”
2006 – (Para. 11-12) “In my memo, which I delivered on that same December 6, 2006 to my direct superior…I proposed the following considerations and course of action to my superiors:
- • Given that it seemed a new scandal of particular gravity, as it regarded a cardinal, was going to be added to the many scandals for the Church in the United States,
- • and that, since this matter had to do with a cardinal, and according to can. 1405 § 1, No. 2˚, “ipsius Romani Pontificis dumtaxat ius est iudicandi”;
- • “I proposed that an exemplary measure be taken against the Cardinal… to prevent future abuses against innocent victims and alleviate the very serious scandal for the faithful…”
2008 – (Para. 16) “I ended my memo by repeating to my superiors that I thought it was necessary to intervene as soon as possible by removing the cardinal’s hat from Cardinal McCarrick and that he should be subjected to the sanctions established by the Code of Canon Law, which also provide for reduction to the lay state.”
2009 – 2010 (Para. 19) Vigano states that Pope Benedict XVI took measures against McCarrick in either 2009 or 2010. (Para. 20) Vigano states that Pope Benedict imposed canonical sanctions on McCarrick & they were communicated to him by U.S. Nuncio Pietro Sambi. After Sambi’s death, Msgr. Lantheaume told Vigano that sanctions were communicated to McCarrick by Sambi. (Para. 18) “The cardinal was to leave the seminary where he was living, he was forbidden to celebrate [Mass] in public, to participate in public meetings, to give lectures, to travel, with the obligation of dedicating himself to a life of prayer and penance,” Archbishop Viganò wrote.
2011 – Vigano became nuncio of the United States. Vigano said that Pope Benedict’s same dispositions were communicated to him by Cardinal Marc Ouellet & (Para. 22) Vigano says that he repeated the instructions to McCarrick at his 1st meeting with McCarrick.
