According to the court, the fine was imposed on the Born club due to publications “on certain sites” with an advertisement for the institution, which was considered propaganda.

What was said in the posts is not specified. At the same time, local activists initially wrote a denunciation of the institution, saying that Born arranges “orgy with loud music”, which is why residents of nearby houses cannot sleep. The Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg found the club guilty of promoting “non-traditional sexual relations” (6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). A Born spokesman pleaded not guilty.
