Trump admits: Russian oligarchs will be able to enter the U.S. with ‘golden cards’

Donald Trump wants the United States to start selling “golden cards” for people who want to settle in the US. The price? A mere $5 million. Without a shadow of a doubt, the American president admitted that Russian oligarchs will also be able to use them.
The aforementioned “gold card” is to replace the EB-5 program, which allowed for obtaining a green card after investing $1 million and creating 10 jobs. The aforementioned $5 million is to help reduce the budget deficit.
When Trump was asked whether Russian oligarchs would also be able to take advantage of this opportunity, he replied bluntly:
"Yes, it's possible."
He noted that he knows many of them and they are "very nice people" who are not as rich as they used to be, but can probably afford 5 million.
