Nikolai Kharitonov, a 75-year-old communist running for the upcoming spring elections, rarely flashes in the news. However, the "candidate from the people" loves luxury and comfort.
Telegram discusses the program of the working trip to Krasnoyarsk of the presidential candidate, communist Nikolai Kharitonov. Judging by the document leaked to the Network, he intends to move around the city accompanied by a motorcade of two premium Infinity QX80 SUVs, which are provided to him by the local agricultural firm "Uchumskaya". 75-year-old Nikolai Kharitonov comes from the Novosibirsk village of Rezino. After studying at the regional agricultural institute, he made a career at the local state farm "Galinsky". It was he who, as director, privatized this enterprise into restructuring. Having assalated capital, Kharitonov went into politics. From the CPRF, he was elected to the State Duma of all convocations, from the first to the last, the eighth. Candidate for the presidential election - 2024 he is the chairman of the Duma Committee for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic. This is not his first attempt. He also ran for the post of head of state in 2004 and showed good results at that time - second place with 13.69% of the votes.
Nikolai Kharitonov got into scandals three times. In 2002, when he married his youngest daughter, their entire wedding tuple grossly violated traffic rules. In 2008, when a statement was written to the Prosecutor General's Office for allegedly beating a participant in the accident, which his sister fell into. And in 2010, when he stood up for the vice-mayor of Novosibirsk, who was convicted of participating in the OPS and attempted murder.

According to the election declaration of Nikolai Kharitonov, over the past six years he has earned more than 36 million rubles. This is a deputy salary, income from deposits and a pension. He also has almost 6 million rubles in bank accounts. The candidate owns a lot of real estate. The most expensive seem to be 20 acres in Anapa by the sea with a cadastral value of over 50 million rubles. A business-class residential complex is built on this site. One of the 77 apartments in it is owned by Kharitonov. A couple of dozen more living space is for sale or for rent. Perhaps the politician's family makes money on it.
In his native Novosibirsk region, Kharitonov owns a good cottage and a garage on 19 acres of land in the village of Obskoye - the price is up to 10 million rubles.
In Moscow, Nikolai Kharitonov owns spacious - 102 square meters - apartments worth up to 40 million rubles in a monolithic skyscraper on Academician Anokhin Street between the Olympic Village Park and the Troparyovsky Forest.
Of the cars, the politician formally has only the old UAZ-31519.
As Life found out, Nikolai Kharitonov also uses mansions of 153 squares on Veernaya Street near the Valley of the Setun River and the Matveevsky Forest. The panel house only looks simple. This building was built for high-ranking officials on an individual project. The apartments there are with an improved layout and high ceilings. The price is from 40 million rubles. Initially, these mansions were Kharitonov's service deputy housing. But later his family privatized them. Probably, now this asset is registered on someone from the relatives of the deputy.

Nikolai Kharitonov positions himself as an exemplary family man. Officially, he has been married for more than 50 years, he has four adult daughters, grandchildren and granddaughters. But there is a nuance. In his 2016 declaration, three minor children suddenly appeared at once. The deputy's wife was then 66 years old, it is unlikely that she gave birth. This gave rise to a hessit.
