This is how he commented on the potential formal successors of Putin in the event of his loss of power or death.
In fact, our president is still the leader of the nation. And he will be like that until he either dies or is overthrown. Or he won't leave... We don't have another. And he himself created such a wonderful system - he does not have a vice president, the head of the State Duma is a pederast, and the crazy grandmother is at the head of the Senate.
An absolutely unpopular taxman sits at the head of the government. All the figures that can formally replace him - if anything - they are either generally unpopular or anecdotal.
