In Penza, a 38-year-old local resident became a defendant in a criminal case for trading on the Internet with photographs of a naked minor daughter. This was reported to Lente.ru by the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
The woman is charged with articles 242.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Illegal circulation of pornographic materials with a person under the age of fourteen”) and 242.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Photography of a minor”).
According to the investigation, from October 2020 to March 2022, the defendant filmed her daughter in the nude and sold the photos online, earning 2.5 million rubles for them. She admitted guilt. She was placed under house arrest by court order. The girl was handed over to her father.
According to Telegram channel Shot, the unemployed mother took 30 photos with her 11-year-old daughter and managed to sell 26 before she was detained.
