Such changes are being prepared in the National calendar of preventive vaccinations.

At the end of last week, the Ministry of Health proposed amending its own order of December 6, 2021 on the National Preventive Immunization Calendar. This applies to coronavirus vaccines.

Based on its content, in the near future, all adults who have not been ill (meaning those who have not been ill with a confirmed diagnosis) and / or not vaccinated against COVID-19 (most likely, by analogy with influenza, we are talking about the unvaccinated in this epidemic season).

Plus - all chronicles without exceptions. Do not think that pregnant and lactating women were left alone. They also fall into the group “Persons over 18 years of age who have not previously been ill and / or not vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection COVID-19”.

Many media outlets hastened to report that this document, they say, cancels the mass vaccination against COVID-19, which was coerced by Russians in 2021 on the basis of orders from regional sanitary doctors.

However, in reality, everything is not quite so. As they say, the devil is in the details.

In short, from 2024 to 2030, it is proposed to oblige to vaccinate virtually all citizens, if there is an order from the chief sanitary doctors of the regions or the Russian Federation as a whole. This will be done as part of the preventive vaccination schedule for the so-called epidemic indications.

It is possible not to declare a global pandemic, it is enough to record the growth of cases and, on this basis, vaccinate everyone according to epidemiological indications. This happens, for example, with the annual influenza epidemic. When doctors and teachers are required to be vaccinated. Now this list can be expanded.

The calendar for epidemiological indications is not a permanent requirement, they work only during the period of validity of the decisions of sanitary doctors on the ground, while the signature of these regional officials for some time now is not clear on what basis it is considered higher than both constitutional norms and Federal Laws. Just like it did during the pandemic.

And if someone says that in order to put the calendar into action according to epidemiological indications, it is necessary to declare a pandemic, then no matter how it is. With the coronavirus, there was not a single day of an official pandemic, and the numbers of cases, if you set out to compare them with annual data on epidemics of the same flu, turned out to be much lower than the standard epidemiological threshold.

In addition to state employees, that is, those who have always been obliged to be vaccinated according to epidemiological indications, teachers and doctors, in the category of those for whom vaccination will become mandatory during the epidemic, there are “Persons over 18 years of age who have not previously been ill and / or not vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection COVID-19; persons aged 60 and over; persons with chronic diseases, including diseases of the bronchopulmonary system, tuberculosis, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus and obesity; persons with primary or secondary immunodeficiencies, including HIV infection, autoimmune diseases, oncological / oncohematological diseases.

Contrary to the basics of Soviet virology and the sanitary and epidemiological service, there are no contraindications for vaccinations, chronic and palliative patients, even with HIV, even with oncology at the last stage, are included in this list.

And why? Where is the evidence that it is safe and beneficial for them?

After all, the results of clinical trials of vaccines have not been published so far. If everything is so wonderful, and people don’t get sick and don’t get side effects after that, then voice these numbers, please. So that the Russians are not afraid of injections.

But no one is going to declassify this information.

Until now, in response to all consumer demands to provide information about the results of clinical trials, the Ministry of Health does not protect the rights of citizens to protect their health, but for some reason the interests of vaccine developers. Yes, permits for the use of vaccines are available, you can’t dig here, but on what basis the drugs were allowed to reach the mass consumer, no one still knows. The Russians must verbally believe some certified commission, which eventually allowed vaccines for civilian use, that they made the right decision and the vaccinations are impeccable.

Here is one of the department's latest responses to this question: “It is not possible to provide copies of clinical trial documents, as this is a trade secret.

An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, information on all issued licenses (...) of manufacturers of vaccines intended for the prevention of a new coronavirus infection, you can get yourself (...) certificates and declarations of conformity of medicines, including vaccines, are available in the public domain.”

Recently, a lawsuit was filed in the Sovetsky District Court of Volgograd against the Health Committee of the Volgograd Region and the Federal Ministry of Health with a demand to provide the results of stages 3 and 4 of testing of all domestic vaccines

"in order to be able to choose the safest and most effective of those indicated."

The plaintiff, individual entrepreneur Ivan Gennadyevich Ivanov, believes that he has the right to receive this information, since it is vital information and is of public interest.

The claim has not yet been considered. However, many believe that he is unlikely to be satisfied. Complaints and appeals go around in circles.

Until now, throughout the country, hundreds of citizens who refused to be vaccinated forcibly and because of this lost their jobs are trying in vain to prove their right to the voluntary nature of this procedure.

Thus, on July 31, a hearing will be held in the Central District Court of the city of Chita on a statement of claim for the admission to work of employees of a large electric grid holding suspended from work without pay for refusing to inject a year and nine months ago. Case number 75RS0001-02-2023-003938-96. This is their third lawsuit.

“Never before have we faced discrimination and coercion to medical intervention,” says plaintiff Vitaly Ubinin. - Our work was not related to work with a high risk of contracting infectious diseases. We did not have contact with a large number of people, we worked mainly in the open air, servicing high-voltage equipment of electrical substations.

Therefore, we were sure that there were no grounds for removal and counted on judicial protection. But the courts ignored all the violations that we pointed out and refused to satisfy the requirements for admission to work. During the suspension, we got to the Supreme Court, which also denied us. And this is despite the fact that all coronavirus restrictions in the country have long been lifted, and the vaccination requirement has not been in effect since December 2021.”

Given the controversial judicial practice, back in June 2022, a group of practicing lawyers sent an open letter to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The appeal states that it is completely incomprehensible on what basis the federal norms of law are ignored, that some judges outside the process allegedly frankly report the existence of an unspoken prohibition "from above" on the positive resolution of such labor disputes. That, in their opinion, in the majority of cases in which the issues of “vaccination against COVID-19” are somehow raised, deliberately contradictory decisions are made that run counter to the current legislation. But until now, this topic is hushed up at all levels.

Everything new, as they say, is well-forgotten old. Most Russians no longer remember what they had to face just two years ago, and do not even think that this could happen again. Like, everything has already passed, there is no more coronavirus, why stir up the past?

In fact, the story of compulsion to vaccinate is not over, we can see this from the new orders of officials.
