Today the red thread is in trend. Many people tied it on their wrists. But is that thread? After questioning colleagues at work, relatives, friends, just acquaintances, I managed to find out that the red threads of the majority were from an ordinary woolen home ball. Not to mention the fact that all Internet sites are literally stuffed with information that the red thread is "a powerful ancient amulet of St. Jerusalem, which all tourists in the world dream of".
Seven knots and a conspiracy?!! Well, come on!
Many customer reviews said that "the red thread can work miracles". And allegedly "a piece of woolen ball saves from troubles and misfortunes, evil eyes and curses". How? Neutralizes almost all conceivable and unthinkable troubles. It is only necessary to "correctly tie seven knots and pronounce a conspiracy", as the traders assure.

Why do Christians need some other amulet or talisman if the Lord gave us the Greatest Tool against Satan - it's a CROSS.
Know that if a person, being a Christian, dares to put a Kabbalistic symbol on his body, he betrays the Cross, he betrays the Lord himself and in the name of what? A person becomes a servant of Satan, and the red thread is his distinctive sign. Many people falsely think that the red thread helps to regain lost health and protect against the evil eye. But how, tell me, can a satanic symbol protect from Satan?
Some parents do not even disdain to knit red threads for newborn babies, allegedly protecting them from the evir eye, but in fact, entrusting them to demonic hands.
During the Sacrament of Baptism, the priest puts a cross on the baby, which is not only a symbol of the Christian's faith, but also a symbol of God's grace that accompanies the believer through life!!!!!!!! If we wear this cross around our necks, we don't need to wear anything else, because the Power of God is greater than the power of the demon as much as the sky is higher than the earth! After all, only the Cross can defeat the devil and the Lord gave him to us for salvation. However, a person prefers to look for some other means of combating negativity."

We remember the miracles of Christ. As one exhausted woman, bent to the ground, without asking, but with faith touched the white clothes of Jesus and immediately healed.
No miracle created by the Lord is connected with the red thread. Miracles came from his word. Jesus did not touch everyone with his holy hand. That is why the Scripture says: "according to your faith let it be done to you". Let's believe in Christ - we will be saved. Let's believe in the red thread - we'll disappear.

WHY IS THE RED THRING VALUED?
The choice of color is related to the Blood Testament. It was God's contract with Adam at the time of man's fall.
In the Middle Ages, blood contracts were considered strong and reliable unions that mankind has ever known. And such a contract could not be canceled.
Bloody, for this is the law of God: "...everything is almost according to the law by blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness" (Heb. 9:22).

The holy books tell us about the blood of Jesus Christ, which is why the red color is valued.
"...in whom we have redemption by His blood, forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace" (Eph. 1:7; Number. 1:14)."
