Russian deputy announces "revision of Polish borders"

Despite the problems of the Russian army in Ukraine, Kremlin propaganda programs constantly mention the extension of the "special military operation" to other countries, often mentioning Poland in this context. State Duma deputy Oleg Matwiejchev spoke in the program "60 minutes" about the need to "revise" Polish borders.

Julia Davis from the Daily Beast website, which follows Russian portals and journalistic programs, informs about the case.

- "While some in the West are wondering what kind of concessions would allow Russian autocrat Vladimir Putin to save face in Ukraine, top Russian legislators and leading propagandists are openly in favor of smashing the West, which they claim is Russia's ultimate goal."

- indicates the journalist.

Davis referred to a fragment of the "60 minutes" program, the host of which Olga Skabiejewa argued that the Russians were forced to "demilitarize not only Ukraine but also the entire NATO". Oleg Matwiejczew spoke in the discussion, according to whom Poland should be the first target of such an "operation".

- "If Poland continues to intervene ... its current borders should be revised"

- said the politician.

Skabiejewa noted, however, that there are also Great Britain and the United States "in the queue".
