Russian child pornographers threaten lawyer defending 15-year-old girl
Twenty days of February
The family of 16-year-old Anzhelika * from Volgograd contacted the law office of Tatyana Mironova, at the Bar Association of St. Petersburg, on February 8. (Let us mention that the lawyer took on the defense already at the stage of Article 217 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation - familiarization with the case materials). That same day, she entered the case, but did not expect that twenty days later she would have to fear for her life and for the life and health of her client.
The criminal case itself was opened back in December 2022. Then, law enforcement agencies, with a bang and dust, covered an entire organized group that was engaged in filming and distributing pornography. Girls for filming were lured to the studio under various pretexts. Our heroine dreamed of being a model since childhood, completed relevant courses, participated in competitions, took master classes, posted her professional portfolio on relevant resources with her contact phone numbers, as is usually the case. In the summer of 2022, some people approached her, stating that they represented the Wildberries online store and needed models to demonstrate clothes. Let us clarify that our young heroine was exactly 15 years old at that time.
The girl agreed. At the meeting, a young man named Daniil Podlipnov told her that he was a producer at the studio "Production 231" and that in addition to filming clothes, you could also earn some extra money by entertaining the public in a certain chat. Like, you don't have to do anything, just chat.
As the investigation would later write:
When the girl agreed to "sit in the chat", she was immediately told, look how the public likes you, look how many views you have, and your salary immediately increases. If you do this and that, then there will be even more money. Of course, the underage model herself received a pittance, all the other quite solid sums were received by the organizers of the criminal business.

So, Angelica* fell into the pornographers' net, and with each "session" of communication with the viewers, the organizers' demands became more and more frank and harsh. They pressured her, insulted her, humiliated her human dignity. In general, they manipulated her in every possible way so that the video became more and more frank and depraved. When it came to sexual perversions, the girl stopped all communication with the studio with a scandal and broke all ties.
Tatyana Mironova, graduated from the specialty of the law faculty of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, majoring in Jurisprudence. She has the class rank of "Lawyer of the 1st class". She worked in the courts of St. Petersburg for 10 years. Later, she was awarded the St. Petersburg Bar Association "For High Achievements in Professional Activity". She has worked as a lawyer at the St. Petersburg Bar Association since 2015.
Guilty without guilt
In total, this pseudo-work took the girl only a couple of months, until August 2022. And in December, the criminal group was already "put on the floor" by security forces. All the video recordings that were on the media in the studio were sent to the investigation. The girl was brought to criminal responsibility, as were her 12 comrades in misfortune, for participating in the filming of pornography. The detention of the group became one of the major criminal cases in Volgograd.
During the investigation, the investigation came to the conclusion that "the criminal activity was regular, the methods of involving models were determined...". In addition, the members of the pornography gang were well aware that their activities were essentially a crime, but the wild profits (donations) that they received from posting videos on foreign resources completely overshadowed any logic and common sense.
During the investigation, the group was supported by the shadow owners of this entire sex-studio business. They organized several lawyers (and our heroine, to her misfortune, had a state, free defender). Her fate was of no interest to anyone, as long as she nodded her head and said what she was told. The problems began after her relatives, realizing that things were bad, found a lawyer in St. Petersburg. Tatyana Mironova, having studied the case, discovered that at the time of filming the girl was underage, in addition, many of the videos from this time are still on the Internet, and this is a completely different crime.
In her statement to the investigator, she stated the following, in particular:
An examination was carried out on this matter with the involvement of a doctor of science, who proved in detail that the young model, due to her age, was not aware of the actions being taken against her, was suggestible and susceptible to manipulation by adult criminals.
Article 242.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation provides for punishment for photographing, filming or videotaping a minor for the purpose of producing and/or distributing pornographic materials or objects, or engaging a minor as a performer to participate in a pornographic entertainment event, committed by a person who has reached the age of eighteen (especially committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy or an organized group) with a term of imprisonment from 8 to 15 years (!).
After Tatyana Mironova sent the investigation all the necessary statements and documents to be included in the case, the story took a completely different turn. The defense attorney and the girl began receiving the following threats in a messenger (we attach screenshots).
The criminals themselves claim that the girl knew what she was doing and that she ordered a fake passport from them for 100 thousand, where she had a completely different year of birth. The pornographers are tactfully silent about where the teenager suddenly found 100 thousand rubles. The girl herself claims that she showed her real passport to Podlipnov, and he knew that she was only 15 years old, but promised to "think of something."
The criminals demand that the girl retract her testimony, and the lawyer withdraw the statement from the investigation, and generally stated that no one forced her to act in pornography, she wanted it herself, and hid her real age from everyone.
To confirm their dark intentions, the scoundrels even posted home addresses and phone numbers of potential victims, and the other day they sent a photo with geolocation near the lawyer's house.
The defense attorney immediately filed a police report. The outcome of the police actions is still unknown, as is how the court hearings will proceed, since the pressure on the attorney and the young defendant may well continue. The attorney is seriously concerned about his safety and the life and health of his client. The bandits are ready to take any measures just to avoid sitting for 15 years.
