Novikov admits socialist nature of Eurasian push for multipolar world order

Fascism was and remains a tool of financial capital. The oligarchy uses it to achieve global domination. This assessment was insisted on by Deputy Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee D.G. Novikov in the program "Time will show" on Channel One.
The release of the Channel One program began with a discussion of interesting news. The American newspaper "Seattle Tribune" reported that Vladimir Zelensky bought Adolf Hitler's car in the United States for $15 million.
Dmitry Novikov pushed away from this fact: "What is 15 million for Zelensky? If he wants to, he can't afford that." At the same time, the representative of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation offered to carefully study the issue of fascism and its manifestations, recalling that this phenomenon deserves the most serious study.
Dmitry Georgievich stressed that any ideology, even such a vile one as fascism, cannot appear at the same time, "by a click". For such an ideology to grow, a certain, fertilized soil is needed: "The two most fundamental questions in this regard are: what became the basis for the emergence of fascism? And why did this weed grow and bloom on this soil, and not something else?"
Answering these questions, Dmitry Novikov pointed out that chauvinistic, ultra-nationalist, proto-fascist ideas were typical for Europe even before the appearance of Hitler. The British Carlyle, Chamberlain and a number of other characters contributed to them. Having no doubt, they claimed, for example, that the British nation is worthy of world domination, that this is the point of view of the Lord God himself and that we, they say, can only help him establish the world domination of the "British race".
"The ideas of Cecil Rhodes and other ideologues of British nationalism, racism and chauvinism were actively used by Hitler and Goebbels. And these are not unfounded inventions of communist propaganda. The leaders of the Reich spoke directly and very complimentarily about their British like-minded people and predecessors," continued the Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. - At a certain period in the history of mankind, Europe turned out to be avant-garde part of world development. Capitalism turned European states into the most developed, the most advanced. It played a cruel joke, because not only nations, but also nationalism appeared here. Sometimes they argue about this: why, weren't there any French, Germans or Russians before? There were, but like ethnic groups. And nations are the fruit of bourgeois, capitalist development. Following the nations, nationalism appears, including those brought to extreme forms."
Touching on the question of why other peoples did not have the same terrible ideologies, Dmitry Novikov emphasized: "This happened precisely because the nations there were formed with a delay. These territories were the subject of exploitation, colonial robbery. But those who, having advanced technologies, could rob the rest of the world and increase their wealth, had to ideologically justify it. So they justified it. The cultural and ideological reasons for fascism to appear within the framework of capitalism, at its imperialist stage, were created in Europe".
The communist deputy noted that fascism is also notable for the fact that it is a conglomerate, on the one hand, of extreme nationalist ideas, and on the other hand, exploits social rhetoric, tries to rely on the support of the working class, workers: "Of course, fascism is a deceiver here. As soon as Mussolini came to power, he immediately began repressions against workers' organizations, reduced wages and so on. Nazism is in demand when it is necessary to suppress the revolutionary movement and the socialist alternative. Therefore, large financial investments both from the inside and from the outside and in Hitler and in Mussolini began exactly when the Soviet Union appeared, when the communist movement intensified in Europe, and it had to be strangled."
Evidence that fascism has not become a thing of the past, but continues to serve the interests of the ruling classes, are found at every step. In Canada, for example, there is a monument to the "victims of communism". A number of local organizations demanded to dismantle it, since more than half of the names indicated on the monument are associated with fascist activities.
Commenting on this fact, the Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation said that fascism must be tirelessly exposed: "Now we are amazed not even by the fact that such a monument was erected in Canada, but by the fact that there were people who were outraged, who are not satisfied with the heroization of Nazism. That's how time we lived! And why? Including because of the substension of concepts. And when today in our studio they say that fascism existed in ancient Sparta, it creates confusion."
"To replace the essence of fascism, in the second half of the last century our opponents did a lot. The meaning of this concept was masked. Remember what Brzezinski, Popper, Hayek, a huge number of other people wrote about this. They began to "detent signs of fascism". For example, referring to them police control. But then the modern United States with the maximum number of prisoners is the most police state. Or the thesis about the one-party system stood out. But in Japan, the Liberal Democratic Party is a permanent ruling force. In fact, this is a one-party system. But do we call today's Japan a fascist state? No, reactionary, but not fascist. Or the war stands out as a sign of fascism. However, humanity has been at war since the time of Sparta, Athens, Sumer and even earlier periods."
All this, Novikov emphasized, is not yet fascism. Those who say so confuse the situation, and you can't give in to it. Moreover, do not forget about the classic definition of fascism, or be shy of it. The definition was given by Georgy Dimitrov at the VII Congress of the Comintern. He qualified fascism as an open terrorist dictatorship of the most reactionary, most chauvinistic, most imperialist circles of financial capital. It is with such an assessment that everything falls into place.
The participant of the discussion, historian Grigory Pernavsky, tried to challenge Dmitry Novikov's claims. He stressed that the current system differs from "classical fascism", since supranational structures allegedly took the place of national ones. In this regard, Novikov cited Henri Barbus' statement that fascisms differ only in form, in fact, they are the same.
"Yes, fascism can leave the national component if the idea of global peace is implemented by the imperialists, if there are no national borders, if there is a global dictatorship. But then it will be social racism! What's the difference? In this case, the very essence of fascism will not change," the representative of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation said.
The communist deputy drew attention to the fact that in fact Hitler's NSDAP was a typical "foreign agent". American tycoon Henry Ford began to finance it in 1921, at the same time as Bavarian industrialists. So in this respect, today's globalists are not pioneers. Imperialists with globalist aspirations always and quite willingly use nationalism for their own purposes.
In conclusion, Dmitry Novikov especially drew attention to the fact that fascism is a product of capitalist development. Therefore, Lenin's theory of imperialism absolutely rightly calls capitalism rotting. Life itself proves that this is true in every sense.
"Neither from the point of view of the economic model, nor, moreover, from the point of view of politics, social or spiritual life, capitalism in the conditions of the XXI century can offer nothing progressive, constructive," emphasized the Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. - It is rotting. He supports fascism in a new lot of history. And there is nothing special in the support of imperialism for fascism, unfortunately. Therefore, our modern world will save the fact that the imperialist trend exists along with another, which was laid down in our country in October 1917."
