GROZNY, March 17 - RIA Novosti—The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced a reward of five million rubles for the liquidation of a Ukrainian soldier who mocked the Koran, and ten million for taking him alive.
He emphasized that he would not limit himself to a simple condemnation of this act.
“I’m announcing a reward of 5 million rubles for the elimination of this scum. For taking alive - twice as much - 10 million rubles. Whenever this happens - today, tomorrow, in a year, the money will be waiting,” Kadyrov wrote in the Telegram channel .
He added that it doesn't matter who does it - "a platoon, a group, a loner, a neighbor in the trench."
“And you, a coward who hid his face, know that punishment will come at any moment, in any place, wherever you hide. Now your rabbit soul will not know peace,” the head of Chechnya stressed.
Earlier, Kadyrov published a video in which the Ukrainian military mocked the Koran. He promised to find them and punish them.
