The new mayor of Cincinnati, Aftab Pureval, 60 days before the start of the holiday (like his predecessor ) issued a resolution establishing the birthday of the Rebbe King Moshiach on Nisan 11 (April 12 this year) as a day of education and knowledge sharing in the state of Ohio.
