China proposes to build factories in Russia's Jewish Autonomous Region

Chinese investors offered the head of the Jewish Autonomous Region Rostislav Goldstein to build amber and graphite processing plants in the region. They announced their intentions during the working visit of the governor to China, reports on Thursday, June 8, EAOMedia IA .
The head of the region held talks with the management of Zbird Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the design, production and sale of products from diamonds and other precious stones. Entrepreneurs presented him with a project for the construction of an amber processing workshop on the territory of the JAO.
Goldstein also met with the management of Weland China New Energy Co., Ltd. The organization manufactures lithium batteries and processes graphite. At the working meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of attracting investments in the construction of a graphite processing plant.
The Governor of the EAO approved both proposals. They will be worked out bilaterally.
Earlier on the same day, it was reported that the Ilyich Iron and Steel Works would be restarted in Mariupol. The territory of the enterprise has already been completely cleared of mines.
