During a working trip to the regions of the Far East, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Yu.V. Afonin performed on the air of the program "Politprime" on the TV channel "Gubernia" in Khabarovsk, the official website of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation reported

And in one of his latest works "Less is better", Lenin held the idea that the outcome of the world struggle between imperialism and socialism will be predetermined by Russia, China, India and other countries that were then in colonial or semi-colonial dependence. Vladimir Ilyich was right: in the 20th century, socialist transformations covered huge territories of Asia - China, Mongolia, Korea, Vietnam, Laos. And today, looking at the strengthening of BRICS, in which socialist China plays the most important role, it is impossible not to be amazed by the foresight of the leader of Russian workers.
Yuri Afonin reminded: and the Constitution of India states that this state is established as a socialist republic. That is, socialism is indicated in the basic law of this country as a strategic goal of development. Both China and India are part of the BRICS. And the population of these two countries is about 40% of humanity.
