3. For then I will change the language of the nations (and make it) pure, so that all may call on the name of God, that they may serve Him unanimously (Zethaniah 3:9).
4. And it will be at the end of the days: the mountain of the house of the Almighty will be strengthened at the head of the mountains and will rise above the hills, and the nations will flock to it (Micah 4:1).
RAMBAM also decreed that the peoples of the world would not disappear after the arrival of Moshiach:
And he [Moshiach] will correct the whole world and all will serve G-d together, as it is said: "Then I will put clear speeches in the mouths of all nations, and people will call on the Name of God and will serve Him all together" ("Laws of Moshiach" 11:4).
And in the days of Moshiach, all of them will accept true faith and will not rob and destroy, but will eat only what is allowed to them by the Most Mighty, living in peace with Israel (there, 12:1).
Of course, we are not talking about Amalek, which is definitely commanded to be erased from the face of the earth:
Similarly, it is a commandment to destroy the memory of Amalek, as it is said (Dverim 25:19): "Erase the memory of Amalek." There is also a commandment commanding to constantly remember their atrocities and their ambush against the Jews in order to arouse our hatred for them, as it is said (Dverim 25:17): "Remember what Amalek did to you." Oral tradition teaches: "Remember" - with your mouth, "do not forget" - in your hearts" ("Laws of Moshiach" 5:5).
Holy, blessed is He, swore that His Name will not be integral and His throne will not be integral until He completely erases the name of Amalek (commentary of RASH at the end of chapter "Beshalah").
But there are several more groups of people who will die and will not live to see this time:
1) Those who constantly forced Jews to suffer during exile (unlike those who did it occasionally) ("Or a-Tora" ch. "Balak" p. 1053).
2) Heretics and atheists who reject the renewal of the world. As for those who believe in God, they will stay alive, even if they are engaged in idolatry. After all, RAMBAM writes that "Israel will live in peace with pagan villains who are likened to wolves and leopards" ("Or a-Tora" NAH part 2, p. 782a. As Baal-Shem-Tov said about it, that an idolater-non-Jew has an opportunity to correct, which the heretic does not have).
3) All descendants of Ham are a third of all humanity. ("Tora Or" 102b. "Or a-Tora" ch. "Bereyshit" part 6, page 1127a. Treatises Alter Rebe 5563 part 1, p. 81).
