On October 26, the weekend began in North Ossetia and nine municipalities of Chuvashia. From October 27 - in the Saratov region.
On Thursday, October 28, they were joined by the Kaliningrad region with Adygea, as well as Moscow and the Moscow region.
In the metropolitan area , the work of most service enterprises, shopping centers, clubs and bars has been suspended . Schools and kindergartens have gone on vacation, in the latter there are only groups on duty. Infrastructure organizations continue to operate, as do end-to-end companies and a number of federal agencies. In particular, the restrictions did not affect pharmacies, grocery stores, and delivery services.All clinics in the capital, except for dental clinics, work as usual, dentists provide only emergency care. Metro, buses, trams, MCC and MCD will continue to carry passengers.
The heads of the subjects of the federation can independently extend the period of non-working days, focusing on the sanitary and epidemiological situation in their regions. This is reported in a presidential decree.
In particular, on October 29, 39,849 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in all 85 regions of Russia per day. The total number of infections reached 8,432,546.
The number of deaths from coronavirus in one day showed a new anti-record - on October 29, 1,163 patients with COVID-19 died in the country.
