Putin entered the top twenty most influential people in Israel

Russian President Vladimir Putin was named one of the top 20 people who had the biggest impact on life in Israel in 2015. The corresponding rating was published by the Israeli economic publication The Marker Magazine. Putin shared 19th place on the list with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff and Malaysian Prime Minister Najib-Tun Razak. The rating did not include either American or European politicians.

The first places in the ranking of The Marker Magazine were taken by Israeli politicians led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In second place are representatives of gas companies: Yitzhak Tshuva and Noble Energy management. In third place is Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz and a group of officials responsible for the formation of the gas agreement, NEWSRU.co.il writes. State energy regulators, including Orit Farkas-Cohen, who was fired as chairman of the electricity department, are in fourth place. In fifth place are public organizations, in sixth place is the chairman of the commission for the reform of the banking and credit system, Dror Shtrum.

The military leadership, including Minister of Defense Moshe Yaalon, Director General of the Ministry Dan Harel, Chief of General Staff Gadi Eizenkot, occupies the seventh position. Followed by Capital Markets, Insurance and Pensions Inspector Dorit Selinger and Economic Affairs Judge of the Tel Aviv District Court Khaled Habub. Rounding out the top ten is the headquarters for housing, consisting of Avigdor Yitzhaki, Eran Nitzan, Binat Schwartz and Adiel Shemron.
